When I walked in I was greeted by an employee, Hasmik, who asked me what I was there for and how they can help me. She helped me do whatever I needed to do. Hasmik broke down all the details for me which was very helpful. After about 20 minutes I was able to enjoy the rest of my day.

I've been a customer with Bank of America for several months now, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their services, especially in this branch. The staff is consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to assist with any inquiries.

Ver bad customer service Lidia Gomez and Branch Manager Natalie. After being a customer for over 10 years and using their merchant services they start my new business account and then ask me to leave. Because Lidia special client got here 12 mins late to his appointment. She literally asked me to leave her office. I feel offended and not appreciated for all the business I’ve done for them. Very disappointed even after I told them it’s an emergency they still didn’t care. Stay away from this branch. I don’t recommend their customer service.

Another useless BOA location. Hire some more employees so it dosnt take a week to send a wire transfer. Banks are really useless in 2024.

Today I was at the bank for a cash pick up, after that I stopped by the store to pick up an order. Stayed 27minutes. When I came back to the car had a notice of towing. I talked with the man that was supposed to take care of the parking and he was very rude. Then I talked with the lady in the branch to explain her I am a preferred costumer and I believe for clients of the bank we could have some extra benefits. She explained to me and said to not worry about it. So I left the branch but the man that was taking care of the parking started to speak loudly with me, I decided not talk with him and just pick up my car and leave, then he kept speaking loudly and took pictures of my car and kept saying next time I will be towed, that was really unprofessional. Hope that manager of the Magnolia Blvd - Burbank - branch do something and explain this man that he cannot do what he did. I understand that he is there to be sure the parking is being used by the costumers only but I am costumer and should have a better treatment than what I received from this man.

Horrible customer service. I was sitting in the waiting area for 10mins before someone approached me. I met with R. Azadi who was supposed to email me a copy of the Home loan application but never did. She also didn’t come across as friendly or welcoming. These employees complain about AI taking their jobs but they really aren’t providing the best customer services that the customers expects and deserve.

I have made an appointment twice and I always show up early and they always have an excuse!! The staff is so rude they can’t smile they don’t know what they’re doing. I called for two days no one ever answers but when you walk in they are sitting starting at the walls. I can’t wait to close all my accounts and go to Chase!!! Run from this place…

I deposited a large settlement check on April 3rd at this branch and was told part of it would be available the 5th and the rest on the 10th. It's now the 5th and no money. I called and spoke with Customer Service and was basically told not only did the teller lie to my face, but NONE of my money would be available now until the 12th!!! I feel like this is a nefarious way to do business and as soon as my funds are available, I'm withdrawing ALL OF IT AND CLOSING MY ACCOUNT! Too bad I have to now wait literally 1 more week. Horrible bank!

I went to this branch for my auto loan and got the best service. Naira helped me explain and process the auto loan, and the branch manager was on top of everything to ensure the process went smoothly. Great customer service.
