cashed my check here and they gave me COUNTERFEIT MONEY! took it back and asked to speak to a manager and they told me i did not get it there and if they check it they have to take it and i won't get my money back!!! ridiculous ! never experienced this in my life

Terrible location. Tried to give them 3 chances by coming different times, bad customer service every time. No proper way to sign in. Shows favoritism to customers they are familiar with. Honestly would close my account at how poor the customer service is here at this location

Another fun night at Bank of America. One of there customers is blasting music in the parking lot at 11:30 woke the whole house. Went out and asked to person to turn their music down and was met with an expletive. Good old Burbank od is on scene now. People are so considerate. Take a min and think about others!

Sheila, the branch manager used to be eager to help you, today she just sent someone to help me. This person insulted me by reading the letter (they've sent ) to me...like I don't know how to read, really? So disappointing, their customer service is NO longer there.

There are many reasons this branch has a two star rating. I have been to this location approx. 6-8 times and I have not had ONE positive experience. Let me give you an example of the service that you can expect, I stopped in to make a wire transfer (a 10 minute process at most) and sat in the lobby for almost ten minutes waiting for any kind of greeting while 3-4 "relationship managers' were standing around talking before one of them finally decided to walk over and ask how she could help. I told her my situation and she asked if I had an appointment. I said no and she told me that they were too busy to help me and I needed to make an appointment. There were no other customers waiting to be helped! Meanwhile, the other "relationship managers" are still chatting away with each other. This is just one example of the experience you can expect until the end when they tell you about the survey you'll be receiving and that they would appreciate a good review. Do yourself a favor and go to another branch, ANY other branch. Because this branch DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AS A CUSTOMER.

This particular branch is closed indefinitely due to covid. I ordered foreign currency last week and was told by the teller that I'll receive a phone call to which I may pick it up. Monday arrives, no phone call. Tuesday they're usually closed because of covid. Today, I drive to the branch and they're closed. I leave for my flight tomorrow morning. Whether it's training or covid, this is unacceptable.

If I could give zero stars to this particular branch, or negative stars for Karla, one of the most incompetent bank tellers I've ever had the misfortune of experiencing at this branch, or her very unprofessional branch manager, Who doesn't even wear a name tag at this point because of her unprofessional demeanor and handling of ANY mistake made by their tellers... Just do yourself a gigantic favor and AVOID this branch at all costs. They are obtuse, unknowledgeable, impatient, disrespectful and downright rude to their customers. I'm lodging a formal complaint with their corporate offices following this review, as this is not my first absolutely abysmal experience at this branch, nor with this management team. You have one job to do & it's obvious that you're completely failing at these tasks, especially when there's thousands of hungry, unemployed people just itching for your jobs. Customer service and data entry is commonplace. Time for a refresher course on common human decency.

I have been using the ATM at this location for years but never went inside the bank till recently when I was running errands in the area and went inside to take care of a few transactions. Long line! 8-9 people ahead, just 2 windows open! Slow as molasses while bank employees were standing around, some talking to each other. How about one go and open another window? Cherry on the cake, they brought a couple of girls they were helping inside an office in front of everyone that was waiting! Great management and respect for customers! Finally they opened another window! This branch seemed like they favorize certain customers they know. I don't like to feel like I am not treated equally, like I am not part of the cool gang ! It took forever to get my business done, over 30 minutes! Also, they don't have enough hand sanitizer stations, just one, near the line. They don't enforce wearing the mask well in here, saw people taking it off after finishing the transactions or coming inside without wearing one and not putting one on for a while! Parking lot is kinda tight. But the main issues are the long line, poor management and not enough COVID safety for me! I won't use this branch again. I am sure they couldn't care less, but just saying!
