Dead battery. Got the most incredible help from 2 guys this morning. I believe it was Dan and Ken. Super helpful super quick.. Did diagnostics checked alternator. Super honest Thanks so much.

Chad stated he was going to help me with my car in 30 minutes. I waited 30 minutes and then he said I would have to wait an hour. "CHAD stated he's a lier and started telling me all this foolishness. I told him all he had to do was state he could not help me in the beginning.

Today I had the opportunity to go to AutoZone in Burbank. Kendall was incredibly attentive, helpful, if I had a business, I would steal him to come work for me. That’s how amazing he is. I’ll only come to this AutoZone in the future.

The white dude with reddish brown hair working today (Sat April 13) he had a sassy little attitude with everyone and make little slick comments under his breath. All while giving people the wrong information. Bragged about being a mechanic for 10 years yeah ok dude ?

This place has been such a safe haven for me over the years. As a woman, there are certain things I feel I was never privy to when it comes to car knowledge and the staff here is always respectful and goes the extra mile to teach me, help me and guide me. A big thank you to Kendall the manager for the extra care. I'll be back!

Jenny answered my call and was very knowledgeable and helpful. I needed further assistance so she transferred me to the Manager, Kendall which was also so helpful, thorough, and proficient. Lastly, Dan assisted me at the register, with my car key, and installed my new battery. Everyone had great helpful attitudes. It’s no wonder this place is busy. They take care of their customers. Highly recommend.
