Wow, what can I say I wish we could give them 10 stars. Moty and Pedro went above and beyond to finance me even with my current low score. To help me rebuild my credit. The cars are very good quality and they even have luxury ones for those that can afford them,and have better credit. This is definitely the best used car dealership I've encountered in many years... ( EVERYTHING THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO) ?

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR A RELIABLE USED CAR AND IN NEED OF A SECOND CHANCE OF REBUILDING THEIR CREDIT AND THE INTENTIONS OF ACTUALLY PAYING ( I SAY THIS BECAUSE THIS IS A FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS THAT GOES OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE GOOD INTENTIONS AND NEED A RELIABLE VEHICLE) AND ARE SERIOUS ABOUT BUILDING THEIR CREDIT !!!
( THIS COMPANY AND FAMILY DONT DESERVE INDIVIDUALS WHO DONT PAY ) !!!
REMEMBER YOU ARE ONLY TAKING FOOD FROM THE MOUTHS OF THOSE WHO WORK HERE AND THEIR FAMILIES WHEN YOU TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE LIKE THEM THAT GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP SOME OF US !!!! WHO ARE REALLY ATTEMPTING TO REBUILD ? ( JUST FOOD FOR THOUGHT)!!!!!

Rude, and refuses to work with you. They want you to have 10% or more before doing any business with you. They are scared to do business. They call it "taking a risk." They would rather have the vehicles sit then attempt to actually sell them.

They keep telling me to stop by and have been texting me since may (it’s now November) and when I stop by they say they will send me some photos of cars that aren’t ready yet and then never do and when I ask about it they don’t respond and I get a text a few days later”Hey this is Louie at Autoworkz are you coming in today” it’s like I never said anything I just want to buy a car I have cash in hand what’s the issue I don’t understand just sell me a car I don’t want pictures of one I don’t want to go back an fourth I just want to buy a car this whole situation baffles me there is no follow thru here which is very unfortunate because the car I wanted is still available 7months later and I still want it but they don’t want to sell it they just want to say they’ll send me photos of a different car and I’m just over it now

Extremely condescending, rude, arrogant salesperson. It's amazing that the horrific attitude and egregious treatment you'll find here can keep a business' doors open, but it's not surprising when you take a second to look at the businesses reviews.
In response to the owner: 100% a real review. I unfortunately had the displeasure of dealing with the associate here that many of these other reviews mention. I'm absolutely using a pseudonym because I own a couple of small businesses here in southern california and don't want to give the shady guy at AutoWorkz that I dealt with an opportunity to retaliate, but while still warning future potential customers CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!! Hopefully when enough of these horrible reviews stack up, the owners will start practicing good, ethical, honest business practices and implement some ACTUAL customer service instead of making rude and deeply insulting comments. Time will tell though and I'm definitely not holding my breath.

Was gonna buy a car from here but turned around and started running FAST. My credit isn't good so I was looking for car dealers who do in-house financing or work with bad credit. Guy name Luis told me to bring $2500-$3000 down and credit wouldn't be a problem. I click the report for the truck days after inquiring and the suv failed it's emission inspection on 7/27/23 . And before checking that I realized the truck has a minor , but very visible dent on the passenger rear door. I really looked forward to buying it but if I wouldn't have checked the report, I would've made a bad purchase.
