All other shops said they couldn't get the window I needed and had to go to the dealer. The dealer was still going to take 10 days to get the window and cost over $800. Auto Fast Glass got the window the same day and cost $300. They were super friendly and had a very clean shop.

In and out, easy peazy!Having a car window smashed is unsettling, but I immediately felt confident with Auto Fast Glass, and the confidence only grew every step of the way. Fast Glass is right. My Mercedes had a cracked window shield over the weekend so we called Auto Fast Glass on Monday and they were at my home in Los Angeles on Tuesday with a brand-new windshield. Mercedes' window shields are complicated with rain sensors and other things, but no problem, an hour in my driveway and I had a beautiful new windshield. We had called around and got prices all over the place but Auto Fast Glass was the BEST! I highly recommend them.

Absolutely first class from start to finish. Called them on a Saturday and Monday morning they showed up. The installer gave me a fist bump, told me it would take 45 mins and in 45. mins the work was completed.Great and super easy experience with the billing. No fuss, great work, friendly service and I would happily recommend them....

Very friendly, helpful staff. They made a prompt appointment to replace my rear door window - at my location and arrived on time. The new glass tint did not exactly match the existing windows in the car so they told me to come by the shop the next day. They replaced the glass with glass that matched my existing tint. They made sure I was happy.with it. The next time I need to replace broken glass I will be calling them.

I won't use them again. I was told they would come to me and I could pay with a credit card which was great. When they arrived and the job was done, the tech asked if I had a check for payment. I told him they said I could use my card and he said a card is fine too. Then, his square card reader didn't work and his phone appeared frozen. It was extremely inconvenient waiting in the boiling hot sun for headquarters to send a link to my phone so I could pay. When I called to say I still hadn't received the payment link yet, my call went to voicemail, but when the tech called they answered. Eventually the link loaded on my phone and I was finally able to pay. My advice to them is to tell customers to have exact cash In advance for a faster transaction experience. Ugh never again.

Wow! This place was amazing! I called early in the morning on a Saturday, this place was one of the few shops open that even answered their phone. No other shops were answering. The lady on the phone was so helpful looking up / figuring out what type of glass I needed. She told me I could come in that same day. I went in later on the day (not realizing they closed a bit early). I arrived 5 min before closing and the gentleman was so kind to stay and replace my windshield. I sat inside their office (with my service dog) while he replaced the glass. He was over the top with his customer service! He offered us water and even let me borrow his computer cause my phone didn't have any reception. Within less than an hour my car looked good as new! This kind of service is so hard to find! If I ever need any more glass repairs, I'm coming back here! Thanks for the help!

My front wind was cracked and I called a bunch of places and no one hadthe front windshield for my Gla250 Mercedes Benz. I then called Auto fast glass and not only did they have my glass in stock but were able to fix windshield same day.

Was on a road trip to San Diego when we got hit by a metal pipe of some kind on the windshield. This was the first place I called, the man who answered, I didnt get his name, was very helpful. We were first told we had to wait a couple hours, but couldn’t do that, minutes later he called me back that a tech was in the area. We couldn’t go to him so a technician came to us! Antonioooo! He was super nice and replaced it within a good time frame and vacuumed all the broken glass in the car, which we didn’t expect.

Had to get my windshield replaced after a rock got kicked up, hit the corner, creating a chip and a large crack in it. The service received was excellent. My new windshield was installed in a timely fashion. The cost of replacement was quite reasonable and a great value. Highly recommend for your auto glass needs.
