So here is the thing about shipping: you never know which is a better overnight option, FedEx or UPS. ASAP has both, and they turned their little screen and showed me the apples to apples comparison of the cost for each. I could even compare the delivery times! The young lady at the register helping me was polite, efficient, and super helpful. Unlike some places where the staff don't want to be there, it's obvious that the owner/manager of this place cares about having engaged and happy staff. UPS won this round, and my delivery ended up arriving 10 hours early! Great business....

I have been using ASAP frequently, and the service here has always been impeccable. The two girls who work there (I keep forgetting to get their names) are always super helpful, friendly, and patient.

Owner is very unprofessional and makes you loose money by refusing to take a notary!Refuses to give me mail even after I paid for anytime mailbox and did notary! Horrible experience. Do not get mail here!!!!!

I use this place for dropping off packages only. Parking can be busy sometimes but it's close to my location. My review is for the young girl that works there - she is so rude. Always seems like she doesn't want to be there and everything and everyone bothers her. I've been there to witness her being rude to customers so I know I'm not the only one. The young guy is there sometimes and he is super nice. Customer a service needs a clean up!

I have a box with ASAP for a number of years now. Zack and Jennifer are gems. The bend backward and forward to assist and help even on subjects in which they have no obligation to teach me as the consumer. Thank you for all the help I receive from this Team, all in the price of having a box with ASAP.

I so appreciate this shop! Zach is helpful, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. He's great with a packing tape dispenser, so you don't have to stress it at home! This is a pleasant place to cross package-mailing errands off your to-do list.
