The morning lady should really be fired after reading all these reviews and witnessing her interaction with a customer this morning. The customer was informing her she was having an issue with pump 2 and it wasn’t canceling her transaction and instead of checking out the issue, the lady was being rude, she started raising her voice at the customer, threatened to call the cops. Not once when the customer was informing the worker about her issue was she rude or raised her voice.

I just left the gas station very disappointed I had my last 17.00 on my card for gas pump #2 it took my money and I didn't get any gas on my card had to ask someone to help me We were coming from Rosemead back to San Fernando. My balance on my card is $0 her comment was that cards do this all the time

I usually have a great experience with the employees. a lot are very friendly and connect well. Yesterday I was giving a lady my number for her to find a job with her son who has special needs. The employee came out and told me to leave and when I asked why? he had a body cam on and started to record the lady, myself and my car. I told them I didn't feel comfortable with this. I called the manager in the morning to inform of the behavior and the manager started to gas lit me and state I made up the story. he also said this was a good employe. with an ending to tell me to never come back again and Call me all sorts of names. who treats women like this?! reporting to BBB and made a report to the police. treat your customers right!
