I had a very disappointing experience with this drycleaner's alteration service. I took in three pairs of expensive jeans to be altered, and unfortunately, the alterations were poorly done. To make matters worse, all three pairs ended up ruined. The owner was extremely rude when I raised my concerns. There was no offer of a solution or apology, despite the alterations costing me a nonsense amount. Overall, I would not recommend this drycleaner for alterations

I came here for the first time to get my pants altered and the lady was very nice. I told her I just got the pants but we're too long and I would need them back in 2 days she said no problem. They did a great job helped me by having done on time. I will be coming here more when I need to. Plus there down the street from my job.

The Owner shes Amazing, friendly polite professional. There price is GREAT for having it done in house. Staff is also nice n helpful

if It was possible, I would have given zero star. Very Poor customer service and an over priced service. The lady who was in charge didn't even have the decency to even greet me and spoke to me in a rude manner.

The only place I trust to bring my dry cleaning! Anytime I come to Allen's cleaners, they're always so friendly. I had a big coffee stain on my shirt and I tried getting out myself but made it worse. I took it to Allen's cleaners and the next time I saw it, it looked brand new.

This dry cleaning spot is my new favorite. Their customer service is excellent and anytime I've had questions or concerns, they have been happily answered. I've taken many of my dresses here for altering and dry cleaned a few as well. My bag also had a tear and they happily fixed it and it looked great. Looked good as new when I picked them up, all for an amazing price! I have referred many people here and they said they were all satisfied with their work as well.

I highly recommend Allen's Dry Cleaners & Laundry to everyone that is looking for a dry cleaner they can rely on. My family and I have been coming here for years and I they have always been able to get the job done perfectly. Their dry cleaning services have never failed to make us happy. Most importantly for me, all of my dresses have been altered so professionally!

I have tried Them All before. I hope All of You will get to read this because this place is What I have come to experience as professionalism come to life. Sure sometime there maybe a slight problem now and then, but that's where you see how professionally it's dealt with. The lady owner is super responsible. I have recommended them to all my family and friends, and they are all very happy. Pay no attention to some of these negative comments about this business. There are plenty of wise guys around, trying to take advantage of the kindness of the owner, but don't leave happy when they are caught in the act. For example, the other day, a customer came to pick up a coat after being dry cleaned. As soon as he took the plastic off to inspect it, he went straight to the edge of one sleeve to show a small cut. It was so funny, because it was in a place where you would hardly find it if you didn't know where it was from the beginning. To try and play tricks like this on a small business that tries to survive by giving the best service possible, makes me sick.
