Everyone I dealt with was kind and there was never a wait. The car I received was brand new with around 2k miles. I even had to make a change to the reservation midway through and they were incredibly patient and helpful at the counter.

Fantastic service at Alamo Burbank location. Representative at the counter was super friendly and incredibly efficient, the brand new Chevy Tahoe was pulled up so quick that I wasn’t even ready for it. Drop off was just as smooth. Overall it was the perfect experience. Brand new clean car, friendly staff and super efficient.

Great experience renting from Alamo from website reservation, to swift and easy pick up and expedited return. Check in crew informative and knowledgeable and return staff friendly and handled our issues on the spot - will definitely be a return customer!

ZERO STARS,I booked a car reservation three weeks ago asked the employee if I can use my son's credit card was told yes that's fine.When I went to pick up the car they told me NO I couldn't use my son's card even though the Alamo employee told me yes.The employees are incredibly rude and difficult to work with I will never recommend this horrible place.Ruined all my birthday plans.

I had a great car rental experience from beginning to end. At pick up, the person behind the counter was fast and efficient. The car was clean when I got it. Al Ayson was super attentive and helpful when I returned the car.

The car (Mitsubishi ) was terrible- noisy & counterintuitive. I couldn’t even find the handle to flip open the gas cover! Service people at Alamo were great, though.
