I love my Opal ring!! Albert and his wife are great. Very friendly and I would definitely go there for my custom jewelry needs again. I had them turn my opal earring into a ring and it's beautiful.

Wonderful, fast and friendly service! The owners were kind. There is a place to sit and wait for services like watch repair to be completed. I went to get 2 pairs of glasses to be fixed along with 4 watches to get new batteries and 2 of those needed strap replacement. I was amazed that they could work on all of it right then on there. All completed in less than an hour! Customer note- street parking is available but you may have to circle a few times to find some. You may need to park across the street or in neighborhoods. Read all parking signs!

Had some watch batteries replaced here - they were fast and efficient and extremely reasonably priced. So great in fact, that i went back the next day with some more jewelry that needed attention.

I brought in my wedding ring for resizing. Albert took it from a size 7 to a size 5 in one day flat. He also polished the ring so beautifully I could hardly believe the filthy condition I had had it in!! He is kind. Does great work. This is a family-run local Burbank business that I will be sure to support again. Cannot recommend enough!

Went in looking for a piece for my wife's birthday. Of course I was doing this last minute. The jeweler made a beautiful custom ring, to her size and specifications, and had it ready the next day!. It was a great experience working with A.H. Design. Highly recommend!

Love love love this amazing husband and wife team! I actually found them through Etsy and then realized they were close to where I live. Huge bonus to work with them in person, but for anyone who isn't local you can find them on Etsy. These are artisans who make everything in their shop. Albert and Anna are wonderful to work with on every level. They are talented, their turn around is fast and their prices are great. They produced a solid gold cuff bracelet for me in a day. My heart is smiling. :) I will buy from them again and use them for any future jewelry repairs. They're the best!

I saw the great reviews and needed my emerald ring resized larger without making the shank too thin. Albert was able to do the job beautifully and quickly. HOWEVER, A few days later, one of the diamonds was missing. I called Albert quickly and asked if the setting came loose during the resizing. He said that he noticed the wear but was surprised the diamond came off so quickly. He never mentioned this to me when I picked up my ring. My other jeweler - G.H.Wilke, a family business that has been around for over 80 years would have checked all the prongs and notified me. I was trying out this newer business since it's closer to my bf's house. I wanted to try to support local business. At this point I'm not sure if I should have Albert fix it or have Tracy at G.H.Wilke fix it. As an analogy - if a mechanic saw that my brakes were low, but didn't say anything until I called and said that my brakes failed. Then the mechanic would say he saw it but didn't tell me about it...

The man who works here was so sweet. I has placed an order for a diamond with laser inscription. He was kind enough to double check the diamond to make sure the laser inscription was correct. This place seems to have all the right equipment for all jewelry needs. I will definitely come back.

They saved me! On the spot, they fixed a necklace my daughter broke before I could give it as a birthday present, and they also fixed a piece with nostalgia for me within a day. Amazing service, friendly! I got to look at their handcrafted jewelry and loose gems that they can set for you, and I will definitely be back to shop!
