Wish that I could give this location, specifically its management, negative stars. Habitually disorganized with yet-to-be unloaded inventory blocking the entry, aisles and even the alley out back (less so of late - think that City of Burbank finally got around to fining them for that). Carts are almost all broken and rarely properly wrangled to their intended location in front of the store. A woman who identified herself as "Melissa" and a manager (allegedly the manager on duty in place of the store manager whom she identified as "Neal") was particularly appalling. In addition to being horribly rude, when asked simple questions that a manager ought to know, she kept angrily repeating "I'm on lunch" (it was almost 5pm, by the way). Oddly, whilst repeating this, she was sorting inventory and refusing to take any managerial control of the store whatsoever, even when asked to do so by the employees on duty. When I noted that she was failing to provide accommodation for ADA customers as required by law, she continued her surly attitude along with several manifest wage and hour violations (those I'll have to report to the state). Horrible.

A female employee here that physically harasses customers as I'm trying to get her name and even a employee named Veronica who will add items to your purchase you didn't purchase. This sorry Armenian male employee who claims he's the manager in closing physically tries to provoke employees in the store in bringing coward Armenian outside associates assisted by some fat burly tall Hispanic employee guy with a beard. Horrible store that acompanies it's horrible employees

restrooms are available! From one store to the next they all seem to be well stocked with great items and great prices! They have co.e a l9ng way from dead chains in 90s to where they are now! Each store differs from one to the next but over all you can find what you need usually, more-so than not!

Well, it has changed hands a few times now. And their appearance when you can’t find exactly what you’re looking for but you find other things that are very much fun. I enjoyed going there for the Christmas season this year because they had plenty of bags and tissue and lots of little gifts, that I am very happy to get for adults, teenagers, and for children, they have a very good vegetable section that is always fun to get and wonderful items in the refrigerator were lucky in Burbank and in Hollywood to have two locations. Always very happy when I come out of the store with my purchases I love the automotive, the pet, and candles always. The staff is wonderful always cheerful and helpful and always make you feel good because they always remember you. They have restrooms if you get the code and plenty of parking and is an adventure when you go in.

Most items are at least $1.29 now or higher. Maybe time for a name change.

One of the bigger and better 99 Cents Only Stores with a huge selection of food items in addition to regular inventory of goods. I needed ziploc storage bags and don't see paying more for everyday items at twice the price in retail stores. With inflation, not all prices are still 99 cents and have increased to $1.99 or more, so pay attention to the individual item prices.

Love this 99 cent store! Service & value are always great! I purchased a big "mini" watermelon at better prices than other stores & it was very yummy!
