employees are scammers! not the first time winning the scratchers, they opened and clearly showed the money that they had and refused to give the money that i won!!! shame on you!!! yelling and being rude!!! you have to consider before hiring people like this!!!

This 7 Eleven use a skimming device to steal your Card Info. I bought Cigarettes 2 days ago from this store. And 2 days later. I get charged $3.18 at the same store. Disgusting...I usually use my google pay, but that time I used my actual debit card. And here we go. I will report this location for fraud investigation

They use to have nice workers. Now they are super greedy, it's super hot and they are charging $2 for a cup of ice?! Like wtf has these places become. It's so hot and I can't drink any of their stuff due to health issues and I have bought things from them in the past. So the unexpected $2 charge for ice in my own cup is definitely taking advantage of people during hard times and when it's super hot. I don't think this right. There's also a guy who serves alcohol after 2am. Just an FYI

Rude staff…the short balding one has horrible customer service and may be a racist…he raised his voice telling me to shut up and put his finger over his mouth signaling it as well…as if I were a child …don’t go to this place…no bathrooms for the public …even for the Amazon delivery drivers that have to go here because of the Amazon locker located inside of this location… very inconsiderate of him knowing we spend 10 hours a day in a van with very limited breaks.

The owner is rude and inconsiderate. I work Amazon dilvery and there is a Amazon locker located at this location... i asked to use the restroom and he was very rude and refused to allow me to use it. We spend 10 hours a day in a van and that's the least he could do. Especially knowing we frequently have to stop there ...Horrible customer service ...the short balding one decided to tell me to shut up as well and raised his finger to his mouth as if I were a child ...I do not recommend this place at all

Sorry to be the one... but Robi (he'll finished restocking before he goes to the register, not even "ill be right themre"?!) needs a vacation, he gets upset because he can not dominate the English language so he gets loud, frustrated and rude! It seems lately the customer service at this 7/11 which used to be my favorite one is lacking! "Mahabub" doesn't even knowledge customers, he'll take his time eating and drinking while a line of customers lines up!

I wanted to pay with my Apple Pay on 10-19-2021 but the register was declining my card when I have plenty of money in there . I was like how could it get decline when I showed the 7 eleven worker I have money in there .

This site used to be my favorite, but since the Covid-19 a lot of their practices changed my mind. The place is not clean, they have favorite customers who have been allowed to break Covid rules, making them not compliant. This entire 18 months they allowed at least 1 customer to stand and eat in the store when masks are to be worn. Another customer was allowed to bring in their own cup for refills but no one else was allowed to. Some of the employees get attitudes fairly easy and perhaps should not be dealing with the public. All but 2 employees are disgustingly horrible to me. For example, I fell at their other store (Fell and broke my finger and hurt my knee). I was mad because they didn't even know water was on the floor. Apparently they didn't like my response while I was laying on the floor. So, when I came into shop at this store last week the clerk intentionally statted mopping the floor in front of me chanting in a condescending voice, Watch out now, don't fall now, don't slip now ... Just despicable behavior towards me. Buyer beware of non-compliance and health issues.

This is for the 7-Eleven at 265 East Olive Burbank, Ca. (Olive & Victory).Everyday I go in twice; morning and evening. Lately, mistakes are made keeping me in the store 20-30 minutes more than I need to be. I either get charged for things I didn't buy, like iced coffee and hot coffee, or charged for more than I got, like 2 coffees instead of 1, or not being given a discount even though there are signs on the shelf. This morning I was not given the proper change back because they had no change. The cashier expected me just to leave with them owing me money. Are you kidding me?? Do I get to leave if I owe money??? This pattern of messing me up at the reguster has been happening for weeks. Unfortunately, it's convenient and would be problematic to go elsewhere. Super annoying and disappointing. I am then kept on the store 20-30 minutes longer than norrnal trying to resolve the problem. To date, for the time I spend in the store, I never see anyone treated as poorly as I am. E everyone else seems to have a seemless transaction.
