Every time I go in here to load my paypal this guy lies to me and says his system is down. I know he's lying. I work at circle k. We have the same system. He's just lazy.

employees are scammers! not the first time winning the scratchers, they opened and clearly showed the money that they had and refused to give the money that i won!!! shame on you!!! yelling and being rude!!! you have to consider before hiring people like this!!!
