Wheels America in Buena Park were awesome to deal with in my purchase of a wheel for my Audi A6. I needed to replace a bent wheel asap and Wheels America stepped up in a huge way. They had a new one in stock reasonably priced, and they had it painted gloss black that day and shipped to me in Los Angeles the following day. The staff there were polite, cordial and provided amazing service. Very satisfied, will def use them for all my auto needs.

This use to be good company, doing nice work and have good service. For last year or so their team does not do good work. The wheels come with blemishes, there is no quality control and worst the wheel which use to take 24-48 hours take now over 5 days.I hope they get their work ethics together and will be back to normal. Otherwise my business will be elsewhere.

Awesome super friendly place, superb customer service. I discovered this particular shop while watching Wheeler Dealer show on TV (Season 23 Episode 4 - BMW Z3 M). Check it out, you will see exactly what is involved when getting your wheels refinished / powder-coated. I called the shop, spoke with Matt, he was actually on the show, he is the manager here :-))) Totally got me all excited about the process and great pricing. I was able to just drop off the car and pick it up 24hrs later. I showed up, Paul got me all set, great young man, very accomodating, no gimmicks, no surcharges, no upselling, just the price I was quoted couple months ago was the deal I got, that is so rare these days. I brought my new set of tires, new TPMS sensors and new center wheel caps. I got my all 4 wheels refinished from all the imperfections, and curb rashes and powder coated to an absolute perfection. My Cayenne GTS never looked sharper. Thank you Matt & Paul. Highly recommend this place. - Ross

Look no further! Wheels America has high quality remanufactured rims at a fraction of dealer cost. My Mini 17" rim suffered curb rash and when I cracked the inside edge in a Chicago pothole, it was time to replace. A quick search pointed me to Wheels America. They had the replacement in stock and Shipped for Free! A dealer in Chicago wanted $$$ double and a "to refurbish" was almost the same cost with longer wait. Wheels America earned my rave and praise, with stellar customer service, price and lightning fast shipping!

Wrote them to raise an issue about a wheel that wasn’t holding air. 3 separate calls and three people hung up on me. Noted that wheels wasn’t holding air and basically told to pound sand. Poor customer service and follow-up. Definitely a coaching opportunity and lesson learned. Will not do business here again.

I ordered 2 wheels on their website, they charged my credit card, I called and they said they were available, they were also listed in ebay for 2 days after I ordered them. The ebay listing was removed, not sold so I called for status several times with no progress and after a week and a half, I called again for status and they told me that these wheels were not available. Took a few days to get a credit card refund but what a waste of time.

Sold my old stock wheels, quick easy process. Made contact had an email back within 24hrs. Shipping labels for all for wheels, dropped off at UPS couple days later money in my account. Super simple! Thank you.

I had a cracked rim that was causing my tire to leak air and I contacted 5 different companies/people to see if they had my specialized OEM wheel in stock and either none of them did and couldn't help me or my calls weren't returned the best some could do was order a used one from Ebay and then give it to me for a ridiculous price but when I came across wheels america they mentioned they could fix the one I had instead of me buying a new one I asked the price and it was more than reasonable I dropped the wheel off the same day and picked it up the next day the workers are very helpful, informative, friendly and professional just overall a good business. I would reccomend them to anyone that has wheel issues.
