I needed a watch band adjustment, which he did in a truly skillful way, handling my watch with a lot of care, he was truly focused on doing a great job. He also gave me some great advice for my watch, which I truly appreciated. The kind of service I received today reminded me of the way the Polish writer Jan Dobraczyński in his book "The Shadow of the Father" described how skillful St. Joseph was at his craft. If I ever get a second watch I wouldn't think twice about taking it here to Watchland. "Do you see a man skillful in his work? He will stand before kings" (Proverbs 22:29)”
“I absolutely love Happy Jewelers. My wife and I stumbled across their jewelry randomly years ago - and we've been regular customers ever since. Here's my latest HJ experience, which will explain our loyalty.
Most recently, I ordered a necklace for my wife, to celebrate our new child. Unfortunately, the shipping company (UPS), delivered a box that had been busted into and emptied of it's contents. I was super bummed, and immediately reached out to HJ to see if they could help. Happy Jewelers' crack squad of outstanding employees (shoutout Andrew) responded same day and told me they'd work on getting a new necklace created and sent out. Within four days they had sent me tracking info for a brand new necklace. The jewelry arrived safe and sound this time... crisis averted. Happy Jewelers saved the day, and even threw in a few extra items to sweeten the deal. HJ will forever be my first stop for any special gift needs that I have in the future. Thank you!”

I walked into Justin’s Jewelers at the end of the summer in 2023 armed with the knowledge of the type of ring I wanted to get for my wife (then girlfriend, about to be fiance!) and Anabel welcomed me and talked to me about what I wanted. She helped me design a gorgeous ring to propose and when it was time for me and my then-fiancé to pick out wedding bands, we went right back to Justin’s for Anabel’s help. She showed us the different options they had, and they have an incredible selection of both men’s and women’s rings (an other jewelry) for us to choose from. She also told about how we could have my wife’s band made to match her engagement ring and we decided to go that route. Holy crap. When she has both rings on, it looks like 1 ring. The wedding band is incredible. Words can barely describe it. My wedding band looks great too! Along the way, Anabel has given us tips for cleaning the rings and will even clean them there every few months. “We worked with M.D to recreate my antique 1940s retro era .15 ct ring for my engagement ring. He perfectly understood my sentimental attachment and was able to recreate the ring without me leaving it with them and having to cast it.
He heard everything I wanted and made it easy. Super knowledgeable in helping me choose the right material and right diamond size that would look good with the style. It was as if he was reading our minds!
The 1st CAD was created within 3 days, his team was super patient with my feedback and made the changes accordingly. 4 weeks later we are so in love with the new ring.
