I shop at this store often and it is always a great experience. The entire staff is always helpful and friendly. Today I used the app to order something for curbside pickup. The app was easy to use , the communication prior to my pickup was great and when I arrived the service was fast. The person who brought my purchase out to me was Manny. He was professional and friendly. Thank you Manny.

I come here sometimes on the weekends and it's always stressful, because people don't watch where they're going until the very last minute, at the end of every aisle, they're like zombies or possessed robots. They don't watch out for people in front of them. In the early 00's coming here was a lot more fun, the vibe was just so different, the Walmart was adjacent to the Mall and it had a little more variety of stores, you got a sense of euphoria just from being there Back to Walmart if you come directly and enter, you're immediately harassed to sign a petition, even back then but more so now. Or you're asked to give to a charity Dude!, If I'm going to shop in your store, Don't harass me or threaten me. Please or go on and on about a charity you know your not going to give money to, same thing when you go by electric, quick question, who do you have for Internet? Am I back in a Mall in 98? I thought you weren't allowed to have Kiosks anymore because of complaints Not to mention, people will buy stuff from there and try to sell like cupcakes small ones to people who come into the store for a larger profit Scammers I digress

Worst customer service ever . Those guys don't even acknowledge you when you're in right in front of them. The price even is higher than others. Too bad I liked this place before.

Very bad customer service in the electronics department. Cashier keeps doing the disappearing act. Staff keeps saying they dont carry stuff to get away from helping you and half an hour later you find the stuff in a different aisle. The staff in electronics is like having a vacation just talking about non work related stuff while customer was asking for help and walks away from customer to hide In the corner playing with their phones. I saw it. The products is under lock and key. Need staff to help them make a purchase, but the staff is always disappearing. Me and some customer on line got tired and frustrated that we left walmart all together. We saw each other again in target and was surprised to see each other. The target employees was helpful. Walmart needs to train employees not give them a paid vacation on working hours. They also have rude cashiers near the entrances. If they hate their jobs, don't complain to the customers. Theres a racist old woman on the cashiers table I unfortunately met. I complained to the manager but he didnt care and just brush it off. I guess racism is good walmart. I'm never gonna shop in this walmart ever again. Yup they hate asian people I guess. I dont know why shes hating on asian. Then again theres a lot of white supremacist living in that area. Never going there again.

I am here to get an oil change service. I expected they are using their own brand oil, but they are using Penzoil oil. Even the old gentle man was very nice and kind .

Giving a 1 star is still too much. How can a store not have a fresh fruit and veggie department ! Once that's out the rest is junk food guys!!! When i walk into my local walmart be it not a super center amazes me when i walk in the door to the abundance of real food. It is so sad, you are what you eat folks.

TW: Reader discretion advised for supposed rudeness. The so-called managers of this store are of weak moral fiber and lack a spirit of community support. They support the grey area of our constitutional law that says you can ban someone from a store for no reason, as long as it isn't stated as a protected class. That means that they are allowed to harass you and then kick you out when you tell them you are being harassed. The irony is that while they'll use a weak point of the law to demean a shopper, they have no troubleshooting capacity to do their job in assisting the shopper obtain a work and safety necessity, such as a phone's charging cable. I came in to do an exchange of this item. I walked in with an unopened lightning cable to exchange it for a usb-c cable. Same brand, same color, same length, same price (LIQUIPEL Powertek Velvet, $9.88). I bought it at this store, so they recognized the item when I brought it in, asking if this brand's line was still in stock. There was no one in the store who could speak to me about their inventory and sales software and how we could troubleshoot and adapt to this urgent situation: Someone has my house keys and address and stole my phone. If this person is dangerous-- who knows-- they could walk into my house, easily. As well as my need of a phone to know where I'm going for work, I also need to have a working phone for this safety reason. -- Apparently, there is no one on-site who owns the store or does inventory management or an assets protection manager who can give the go ahead for an informal exchange for this safety matter. They are firmly adhered to a policy that is meant to prevent real issues. The people who work here are robots and cannot help outside of an insufficiently outlined policy. There is no one with the ability to assess and approve assistance in an emergency. My friend told me that what I saw in the store was an example of employees power tripping. I was off to the side on my phone. I was using the app to figure out what can be done, because clearly, this is possible. I have the exact product in my hand. If an exchange is impossible, something is very wrong with this store. (Just the other night at another store, security gave me the go ahead to informally swap Pedialyte flavors, and I assured on the way out that the displayed prices were equal.) I tried to find a way reload a gift card or buy a new one. I found two options that were not disclosed to me: Walmart Pay and Scan & Go. Not one of the two CSA or the one manager* suggested this, and the Manager definitely knew I had a card available inside my phone. My friend/client(?) calls me back to ask if anyone is helping to figure this out or if I figured it out, my ETA, etc. -- I'm attaching a photograph of what I wrote earlier. Message is too long. Security interrupts my telephone conversation to tell me to my surprise that a second manager wants to talk to me about the situation. I didn't ask to speak to anyone new, so this tells me the store understands this matter has not been satisfactorily completed. I am still troubleshooting on my own, as well as trying to determine whether these employees are thinking "just informally swap it, we'll figure it out from there". As I said, some places are like that. They'll surely sell what's left behind. NO DOUBT. All this second Manager wanted to do was bark the policy at me again and kick me out of the store. He offered no development in solutions. They called in the store's bully. "Coach", it says on the badge. I've looked up the managerial structure. It means next to nothing. A Coach instructionally trains people, basically. I don't want to see any of these peoples' faces ever again. I was already a 40%-frequency shopper becoming more of a 80% Target shopper. This experience solidified it. I will be choosing Target at every chance. Not that it makes a difference, but they deserve every bad guest they get. They don't deserve someone who puts items back and neatens t

So I went on Walmart's website to purchase gold spray paint for a project. After the spray paint was delivered, I noticed that it was not the right color type of gold paint that I needed and also the lid of the spray paint can was cracked and hard to twist open. The next day I decided to go to this Walmart (because it was the closest to me) in person to return the spray paint. I go to the return department and this Caucasian woman about 5'8 in her late 30's with shoulder length blonde hair and with kind of heavy makeup on (I was not able to catch her name) was at the register. I let her know that I need to return the spray paint because I accidentally ordered the wrong color. I also let her know the spray paint has never been used and is completely new since it was delivered just the day before. She asks me about the crack on the lid and I tell her the lid on the spray paint was cracked when it was delivered to me probably because it was shipped in a simple plastic bag. She looked at me with confusion...?! She asked me if I had a receipt I let her know that I purchased the spray paint online, and the paper that I had on me was the only form of receipt that came with the item when it was delivered. She did not believe that I purchased the spray paint from Walmart even though the paper and email receipt both clearly stated "sold and shipped by Walmart" and had a barcode and everything. I don't know if she was trying to undermine me or what. Because she then proceeded to say that I bought it from a third-party website not through Walmart's website. Huh?? I told her "I went on your Walmart website to find the item and purchase it on there too, I didn't go to a third party's website to find and purchase the item." The item may have come from a third-party, but Walmart is the one that sold it to me so...?? She then directs me to go to a Walmart Neighborhood Market located on Beach Blvd and Lincoln Avenue. She said the people there can do the return for me. I asked her several times to really make sure they could do the return for me because I didn't want to drive there for no reason. She kept reassuring me that, that Walmart Neighborhood Market can complete the return for me. I take her word for it and I drive to the Walmart Neighborhood Market on Beach Blvd and Lincoln Avenue. I get there and after about 10 minutes of waiting, a lady finally comes to the customer service desk. I explain to her my situation and I tell her that an employee at the Walmart Superstore on La Palma Avenue advised me to come here to do my return. She asked for a receipt in which I once again whipped out to show her and this employee also didn't believe that I bought the spray paint from Walmart??? She tells me that in order to complete the return, I would need to go to the UPS store or post office, purchase either an envelope or cardboard box, pay for a label or print one out and mail the package back to the third-party. I just stared at her and I was too tired to re-explain that I bought the spray paint from Walmart's website, so I just left the store. Now I am stuck with a spray paint that is the wrong color when they could have just done a simple return or exchange for literally 1 item. I'm extremely upset because I feel like I wasted about 2 hours of my life that I can never get back. After that whole mess, I will never shop online or in-store at a Walmart Superstore or Neighborhood Market again. May I suggest that if you ever think about going to a Walmart, just don't because you will regret it. However if you feel like you must go to Walmart, you best make sure that what you buy in-store or online can be returned. Lastly, the employees are unhelpful and look like they just want to die already. These stores should be called WALFART instead.

Was going to get my tire changed here but since they called me twice stating that theyre not going to change my ties cause they cant find my wheel lock, after waiting for a couple of hours. Went there to pick it up, and found the wheel lock myself, where I told them it would be. Laziness as its finest.

While I was shopping today, about 5:45pm, I was in the Cosmetics department, when I saw an employee take off with my cart. I ran after him and I asked him Why he was taking off with my cart? He replied, in a very snotty, confrontational attitude, that he was NOT taking off with my cart!!! He stated that he was just moving it out of the way, so customers could get through. He was LOUD, and very NASTY, toward me!!! I asked the cashier, Brenda, If this guy was always so nasty to the customers? Brenda stated that she did not know. I asked Brenda for that employee's name, since he was not wearing his name badge. Brenda stated his name was Eric. I requested that Brenda contact a Manager, as I was NOT going to tolerate such disrespectful behavior. A woman named Guadalupe came and spoke with me. I told her how nasty and disrespectful Eric was and I asked her, Why the Hell, isn't he wearing a name badge? Guadalupe had the nerve to SCOLD ME - a CUSTOMER, ORDERING me NOT to CURSE at her!!! and she told me she will "speak" to Eric about his behavior toward me and him not wearing a name badge. I decided to take the high road, because if I got loud, in the store, they would have called the police on me and make ME look like the bad one. As soon as I arrived home, I called the store and requested to speak to the Store Manager, who was not available. I was told that someone named Aaron, will call me tomorrow, to further discuss the incident. I will continue my review at the conclusion of my discussion with the Store Manager and other appropriate personnel. In the meantime, I will no longer shop there and I will have my prescriptions transferred elsewhere. I will also file a complaint with the BBB and Consumer Affairs.

If I could give this store negative 5 star rating, I would. The floor is disgusting, especially in the makeup department. The items are messy, all over the shelves. The makeup department needs to be cleaned more. I'd appreciate it if this would be fixed soon.

The incidents were tonight Saturday night 1/13/2024 at about 5:30 pm to 5:45 pm. I'm physically disabled and was using a walker and pushing a full cart to the self check out and was struggling when the computer had a problem and I asked an employee who was 3 feet for help and she stood there then turned around and attended to other customers. Then another employee was walking towards me and I asked her to help me multiple times while she completely ignored me and walked away, and a male employee came to help me and proceeded to ask me if I had gigantism and proceeded to ask me about my physical disability issues and flirt with me. I'm definitely not into men and just wanted to get out of there. I don't know if the 2 women were discriminating against me because I'm disabled or because I'm white or what but I'm disgusted by tonight's experience

Cashier Roberta was rude. I came in to get an oil change and a gift card. I had been waiting behind 4 people and when she saw me place the gift card on the table she told me I could go to customer service and purchase there. I did not because I had already been waiting in line over 5 minutes. She scanned the gift card card and said it was flagged for fraud so she suggested to go get a new one, and said again I can go back to the other side of the store and buy it, by this time 4 more people came into the same line and the more people who came the more it felt like she wanted me to move on. I did not move because I felt I shouldn't since I had waited long enough and only had one item. My boyfriend brings a new gift card and then she told him no he needs to get a different one, when he walked away for a second time to get a new card she told me I can go with him and get in the customer service line, I did not and simply waited for him to bring a new card, when she scanned by now the third card we brought, she said she couldn't ring it up and sent us to the customer service side. She made us feel rushed, and like she did not want to service just to get a gift card. We will not be back!

If you like the DMV, you'll love this Walmart. Sent all around the store for an instore pickup by multiple employees. Saving grace was a young girl who was able to tell us where to pick up our item which turned out to be outside and around the back. She should be promoted to a manager instead of that moron with the sweater vest who watched his employee send us to an empty room which may as well have been purgatory.

Had the worst experience at this walmart. I was there to buy something I saw online. When to the store found it and when I went to check out they didnt want tp sell it to me because it was supposedly for a promotion they where going to have. Then i was told they wouldn't sell it to me because it was a recall item which it wasn't. Had like 5 different employees say they where managers but no one had a clue of what they where doing. They never resolved my issue and treated me like I was trying to scam them. Will never go to to this Walmart again. They dont need my money so i dont need them. There is alot better retailers that know how to treat the customers.
