While I was shopping today, about 5:45pm, I was in the Cosmetics department, when I saw an employee take off with my cart. I ran after him and I asked him Why he was taking off with my cart? He replied, in a very snotty, confrontational attitude, that he was NOT taking off with my cart!!! He stated that he was just moving it out of the way, so customers could get through. He was LOUD, and very NASTY, toward me!!! I asked the cashier, Brenda, If this guy was always so nasty to the customers? Brenda stated that she did not know. I asked Brenda for that employee's name, since he was not wearing his name badge. Brenda stated his name was Eric. I requested that Brenda contact a Manager, as I was NOT going to tolerate such disrespectful behavior. A woman named Guadalupe came and spoke with me. I told her how nasty and disrespectful Eric was and I asked her, Why the Hell, isn't he wearing a name badge? Guadalupe had the nerve to SCOLD ME - a CUSTOMER, ORDERING me NOT to CURSE at her!!! and she told me she will "speak" to Eric about his behavior toward me and him not wearing a name badge. I decided to take the high road, because if I got loud, in the store, they would have called the police on me and make ME look like the bad one. As soon as I arrived home, I called the store and requested to speak to the Store Manager, who was not available. I was told that someone named Aaron, will call me tomorrow, to further discuss the incident. I will continue my review at the conclusion of my discussion with the Store Manager and other appropriate personnel. In the meantime, I will no longer shop there and I will have my prescriptions transferred elsewhere. I will also file a complaint with the BBB and Consumer Affairs.

If I could give this store negative 5 star rating, I would. The floor is disgusting, especially in the makeup department. The items are messy, all over the shelves. The makeup department needs to be cleaned more. I'd appreciate it if this would be fixed soon.

The incidents were tonight Saturday night 1/13/2024 at about 5:30 pm to 5:45 pm. I'm physically disabled and was using a walker and pushing a full cart to the self check out and was struggling when the computer had a problem and I asked an employee who was 3 feet for help and she stood there then turned around and attended to other customers. Then another employee was walking towards me and I asked her to help me multiple times while she completely ignored me and walked away, and a male employee came to help me and proceeded to ask me if I had gigantism and proceeded to ask me about my physical disability issues and flirt with me. I'm definitely not into men and just wanted to get out of there. I don't know if the 2 women were discriminating against me because I'm disabled or because I'm white or what but I'm disgusted by tonight's experience

Cashier Roberta was rude. I came in to get an oil change and a gift card. I had been waiting behind 4 people and when she saw me place the gift card on the table she told me I could go to customer service and purchase there. I did not because I had already been waiting in line over 5 minutes. She scanned the gift card card and said it was flagged for fraud so she suggested to go get a new one, and said again I can go back to the other side of the store and buy it, by this time 4 more people came into the same line and the more people who came the more it felt like she wanted me to move on. I did not move because I felt I shouldn't since I had waited long enough and only had one item. My boyfriend brings a new gift card and then she told him no he needs to get a different one, when he walked away for a second time to get a new card she told me I can go with him and get in the customer service line, I did not and simply waited for him to bring a new card, when she scanned by now the third card we brought, she said she couldn't ring it up and sent us to the customer service side. She made us feel rushed, and like she did not want to service just to get a gift card. We will not be back!

If you like the DMV, you'll love this Walmart. Sent all around the store for an instore pickup by multiple employees. Saving grace was a young girl who was able to tell us where to pick up our item which turned out to be outside and around the back. She should be promoted to a manager instead of that moron with the sweater vest who watched his employee send us to an empty room which may as well have been purgatory.

Had the worst experience at this walmart. I was there to buy something I saw online. When to the store found it and when I went to check out they didnt want tp sell it to me because it was supposedly for a promotion they where going to have. Then i was told they wouldn't sell it to me because it was a recall item which it wasn't. Had like 5 different employees say they where managers but no one had a clue of what they where doing. They never resolved my issue and treated me like I was trying to scam them. Will never go to to this Walmart again. They dont need my money so i dont need them. There is alot better retailers that know how to treat the customers.

Finally went into Walmart after on previous visits, using its parking lot as a place to eat our Portillo's Hot Dogs when it was too crowded inside. It is the anchor store in the Buena Park Downtown shopping mall. It is well layed out, with most shelves fully stocked. There is a dedicated sewing area, where bolts of fabric are available. They are using the garden center as a Christmas Center, with a large selection of Holiday wreaths, ornaments and trees. They also have a Taco Bell inside, though the prices seem to be higher than in a free standing store (kinda goes against the Walmart mantra of 'lower prices...period'.

A family member brought tires on Walmart.com which were installed at the Buena Park store. These were WALMART bought tires. The very next day there was a blow-out. AAA said the tire was over inflated. Who allegedly did that? However, the Walmart tire store said that it was a bullet hole in the tire which they could not prove! Christopher and Mgr., Jennifer supported this unprovable story and did not replace the one day old tire. Telling someone there was a bullet hole in their tire without proof was extremely frightening and unprofessional. They did not have the proof to know how to support that. As I said, AAA claimed that the tire was over inflated. Walmart's frightening yet unproved analysis was more than concerning. After several attempts a pleasant store operator, Marilyn was finally able to reach an assistant manager by the name of Seraphim. He did a "investigation" and referred me back to Walmart.com since he did not want to take responsibility for a Walmart product. Had we taken the tire to a different store in a different city, we most likely would have gotten better results. They don't seem to understand that unpleasant experiences are not something they want to be known for since they compete with their own fellow Walmarts for business. Will be reaching out to the CEO.

Worst pick up experience ever, no label to where the pick up area is, it was a nightmare to find it. No one is stationed there, and it's man by a red button. It takes forever to come and help you

This is the slowest Walmart oil change, tire center. They only have one employee who is over worked and it's too busy to have this kind of back up. There have been quite a few people who have left because of the slow check in. The lady in front of me called a place that's just down the street. They said they could take her right away for the same amount of money so she's leaving to go have her oil done right away. This is bad business for Walmart.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE... I would give NEGATIVE stars if I could. I went to make a return at about 8:20 pm and was told by the manager in that department Soyn (Soye?) that they closed at 8pm. How does a store that closes at ELEVEN at night close their returns desk at 8pm??? That "manager" was EXTREMELY RUDE and did not offer ANY alternatives. I will NEVER shop at this store again and will make sure I let EVERYONE I know hears about my awful experience. Take your hard earned money elsewhere!

Found multiple products displayed above 2 shelf tags for $17.99. We decided to buy two. when rung up, they showed $39.99 each! Took a picture of the shelf and showed customer service, who said "Technically we should honor it, but.." Then they called a manager and sent someone to check the shelf. That peroom said "They were just all pushed over" We didn't rearrange the whole shelf and he said "they were just ALL pushed over." They weren't just pushed over, they were displayed! Amazon wins. No more Walmart. If we all say no to this greed then it will stop. I for one will NEVER shop Walmart again. I will pay more for honest service.

Horrible customer service! Store will not match their own online prices. The Supervisor Rosie was of no help. Will definitely not be doing my Christmas shopping at Walmart.
