We came in today 7/22/2024 about 2pm and Oscar was awesome. He acknowledged us when we walked in. Answered our questions and gave us information we didn’t have already to help make sure we got the most of our experience. Usually everyone we come in contact with that is a cast member or employee (team member, etc) is pleasant and helpful but, we really appreciated his help in trying to find a Woodstock shoulder sitter plush. We look forward to our next visit. He even changed our mind about next years season passes. We weren’t going to renew as we had lost the valuable aspects of our gold pass. He directed us to the Information building where they answered all our questions and informed us about the validation for parking we had paid for today and applied it to our purchase for season parking the rest of this year. If it hadn’t been for Oscar we would have left much less happy and misinformed. Leaving a sour experience. THANK YOU OSCAR! YOU’RE AWESOMESAUCE!

The wide range of souvenirs, from jams to clothing to cups, ensures there's something for everyone. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. The store is always impeccably clean and organized, making browsing a pleasure. Whether you're looking for a memento of your visit or just want to unwind after a day of excitement, this shop is the perfect place to stop by.

One of the most memorable stores at Knotts Berry Farm. This store is huge!!! It's most memorable for me because I remember the big bear and the sasquash lol I mean how many stores do you see a giant black bear and Sasquash statues inside?? lol They also sell a lot of clothing, hats and knick knacks. I found a cute T-shirt that I bought. In the back, I found a clearance section with last year's Halloween stuff on sale. That's cool. I love Halloween. You are bound to find something you like here, without a doubt.

I Love Virginia's Gift Shop! Used to shop there quite frequently when I lived about 20 minutes away. Now that I moved out of state, I visited it online the other day just to check it out. It still has the Really Cool Music Box that plays the big metal discs! So Beautiful!

I would have loved to go here, but the store was closed even before the park! The store hours on their website and on Google stated that the store closes at either 11 or 11:30pm, and even the employees in the park told us the same; however, when we left the park shortly after 10pm, the store was already closed! This was very disappointing, because we live out-of-state and likely won't be back for a very long time, if ever. There were a few items that my family and I were interested in purchasing while looking at the various gift shops inside the park, but we intentionally waited, figuring we would buy them here at the end of the day so we wouldn't have to lug them around with us all day. I can't believe the store would close at the same time as the park knowing that many of the guests would likely want to do the same us, and I know we weren't the only ones as there were other guys who were trying to get in but turned away disappointed when the door was locked and lights were off. I'm not sure how Knott's Berry Farm is doing financially, but I'm sure the revenue they would make by allowing guest to shop for another hour or two would offset the costs. I know there are other amusement parks in the area whose stores stay open an hour later than the rest of the park to allow guests to do some final shopping. At the very least, don't lie about your hours on your own website, or else we would have made a point to come here sooner before the store closed. We now have no souvenirs from our trip to Knott's except for a few refillable water bottles. Absolutely disappointing and terrible lack of communication amongst staff members.

Knotts may be a mess but this gift shop is cute. We just went to the park for the Boysenberry Festival and I LOVE Boysenberry so had to get some goodies to take home. This store has a bit of everything- Knotts merch, snacks, gifts. It's outside the park so anyone can go in. I ended up getting some Boysenberry tea (in a really cute reusable wooden box), premium preserves, and sugar free concentrate. We had the kindest woman helping us check out who even gave me some tips on how to use my Boysenberry concentrate. Can mix it with water or iced tea! Everything tastes amazing. I think my fave is the tea. You can also order items from this shop online if you can't make it to Buena Park. Bonus fun: There is a really cool Knotts timeline on the walls that features photos, artwork, and a map from back in the day. My mom and grandma were telling us stories of how the park used to be and pointing things out on the map- it was really sweet. Lots of history here!
