Love the staff here as they are always helpful and friendly. They have products for all my pets needs. I have a dog, rabbits, and fishes. My dog loves the groomers and we even get his annual shots here. I even get presents for my daughter's cat and bearded dragon at the store.

I typically don't post Yelp reviews, but I wanted to express my gratitude to Joey at Petco. Over the past year, he has consistently shown kindness and playfulness towards my golden. Joey goes the extra mile, taking exceptional care of my dog and exceeding expectations. He always transforms her into the most beautiful golden retriever!

Shelves had sale signs only to find out at the cashier that items were not on sale. That's not right!!!!Have to think if I really want to come back to this store. Certainly gives me a reason to try Pet-smart. Distance from the house is the same.

Attempted to take my two senior dogs here for basic grooming and teeth brushing. An hour after I booked the appointments, I received a call telling me they were cancelling because one of my dogs has chronic disease (Cushing's and pancreatitis), despite it being well controlled by medication. They also refused to take my other dog because I reported he does not particularly like other dogs. We took both dogs to Petco grooming in our old neighborhood for their entire lives and none of these things were an issue. I know it doesn't matter to Petco, but we won't be giving them our business any longer.

(Cage free chicken also.)Secure your refillable bag and pull lever to desired pounds and take your ticket to pay.My dog loves when I bring home a new bag and now I can pick how much and SAVE $$, win win!Staff has always been helpful here, but not necessarily knowledgeable.I took off a star because during Covid, the dropped and traumatized my puppy at playtime.Store location is convenient and has a large parking area.

Again I received excellent customer service by Matt this time. You can tell, he truly cares about the well being of your pet.This store was nicely stocked and I will drive an additional 20 min because they have had what I needed when other stores didn't. Thank you again Matt!

Such a fun Petco! We stopped by here a few weeks ago to take our pug around to window shop. There were a ton of fun toys and treats for him to smell and look at. This location is massive. We had a great time with our pug here and look forward to coming back soon.

This Petco is not only a great resource for my pet needs but also a great hub to meet other friends of the pet owner community. When browsing around, I tend to be more private and find comfort in looking around to see an associate on occasion should I need assistance. I find that experience here with occasional smiles and offers for assistance. When checking out, my dwarf bunny Sparta is always celebrated in conversation with the cashier. It's great to have a series of genuine interactions that ultimately make having a pet even more fun. Sharing stories, tips and the latest accessories to bring home to Sparta is what makes me a reoccurring Petco Pal.

Girl named Brenda ,or something similar is always rude. Hispanic young girl . I consider not coming to this location even though it's the closest to me cuz i don't wanna deal w the rudeness. I get it you don't wanna be at work but really youre in ac and selling pet supplies it could be worse miss. The guy in wheelchair has best service here they can learn a thing or two about better attitude . Also what is petcos actually policy on returns and receipts? Other location didn't give me a receipt for something I tried to return and told me it's not necessary but the ppl working here said I need a receipt ? Couldn't return a new dress my dog never wore even had tags said I have 30 days so I had to keep it ...

Pleasant visit today, I just found out on TikTok for all cat owners if you buy this So Phresh Advanced Odor Control Scoopable Fragrance Free Cat Litter, 30 lbs. is 12.99 but on sale now for 11.99 and you can bring it back to the store refill it for 10.99?? Well I didn't nice to know .Ok byeee

December 2021 Located at Cerritos Towne Center (next to verizon wireless). Private parking lot. The location offers both in person and curbside pick up. the store always is well stocked with supplies (food, treats, etc). I feel that the staff here are always ready to assist customers with any questions on the products and Petco has a return policy on the food items.

Went in tonight and made a return (with a receipt) and requested cash back since I used a debit card. The cashier said that he can't do that so I asked him to call the store manager over since I have received cash back not too long ago at this location for a separate return. The manager comes over and says that their registers never had a cash back option. I asked about cash payments and he said all they can do is give change. I told the manager that I had a different return recently at the same location and received cash back and he said "no that wasn't here" as if he was there with me. I said "It was. If you don't know how to do it then that's fine" and he (the manager) decided that his response would be to argue saying "well you must be confused, people confuse us with other locations all the time". I said "no, I'm not confused" and he walked away without responding. Very unprofessional. He's always extremely difficult, not sure what his problem is.

Worst service I've ever seen. Dog groomers don't want to provide a simple service of lifting a dog. They are supposed to be pet friendly and won't even allow their owners to help out with the process. Never going there again

I been looking around for the soft cone (of shame, lol), so I called this location. I am looking for something specific for my little Lady Lloyd (I have two cats name after D*** and dumber lol). Daniel answered the phone and was very nice!!! He checked for the product, and is holding one for me. He let me know the brand, and detailed it to me quite well. He was attentive, and courteous.

Groomer not trained to handle dogs well. Use your instinct, if a groomer appeared moody, DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PET with her. Abuse can. Abuse could traumatized your little pooch. There is a reason they got the tinted windows in the crate room. Abuse occurs without transparency thru the dark tint. If you love your furry buddy, BEWARE!
