8039 Beach Blvd, Buena Park“I hosted a baby shower here back in November. I have been meaning to post a review of this venue for some time but ofc we quickly got busy after the baby shower!! LOL. First i would like to mention that we live in Nevada. We needed to find a venue in California for our baby shower because most of our family is from there. We STRUGGLED to find a venue in California that wasn't overpriced and that had all the amenities we needed (i.e. a kitchen, a bar, and tables/chairs). We searched for weeks (months in advance) for a venue that could accommodate us for a reasonable price. We stumbled upon this venue on a google review for venues in southern California on one of the very last pages. This place far exceeded our expectations for a venue!!! When we contacted the owner (John) he answered his phone, and not only was he extremely nice, he was very informative. The venue was reasonably priced, he had tables & chairs (included in venue price), there was a bar inside the venue but secluded from party area, they offer open bar (for a price) or self pay bar, and they had a HUGE kitchen where they allow you to cater your own food. This place was AMAZING. The best part of the venue was that they offer you 2 hours the day prior to the venue to come set things up, and an hour prior for caterers and vendors to come into the event to complete ur set up; this was unheard of at any other venue. Not to mention, most places require you to use their catering service for an astronomical unreasonable price per person.I do not want to mention the venue price because that may vary depending on your requests, however, i will say that it was significantly less than any of the other venues that we checked out in the area for everything that was included. Its definitely worth your effort of a quick call. The pictures on the website and on the online reviews really dont do it justice. The venue is located in a very nice area of Buena Park and placed in a quiet cul-de-sac in an overpass. Do yourself a favor a drive by if you get a chance.By some stroke of luck, the venue was available for the date of our baby shower! John, his wife, and another gentleman were available on site for anything we needed. They were also serving drinks at the bar.The day before the event John was there to let us in and set up he kindly helped us set up tables for 125 people. He also offered white table linens, for which he charges a cleaner fee, but it is worth it for the convenience alone. The day of the event he allowed all my vendors in an hour before and my family and I finished our set up. During the event he helped manage the temperature in the venue and checked in on us constantly to ensure we had everything we needed.Ever since the baby shower I have not stopped thinking about how magical the day was for us. Also about how i NEED to post a review for them. Our day was way better than we had anticipated....and I attribute the success of my event to John, his wife, and the venue overall. I wish i would have taken a picture with them =/. Regardless, I hope you can reference my attached pictures to get an idea of what the venue looks like.”
“We booked this venue for a family function which is yet to happen. The banquet hall and bar are very well maintained and beautiful. They have plenty of parking and easy freeway access. This review is mainly for the help offered by Maria. She is very enthusiastic and willing to work with us on all aspects. We highly recommend!”
“This is were I met Steve Martin when I was about three or four years old. He was very sweet and spoke to my father. (I had injuries and he expressed sympathy). We watched the show which was free.
A few years later I met him again@ Knott's magic shop where my (crazy) brother was caught stealing something and my parents were called to pick him up. Growing up in Anaheim was great! (Many family members worked @ Knott's or Disneyland and it was great...)”
“My kid and her friend love to have a few hours to play here. Plenty of seating for parents and guardians. Looks like a decent place for a birthday party. Only down side was that it was not that well ventilated for the activities happening, and at risk of sounding old; the music was so loud it was hard to communicate with my child. On a diffrent note the messaging chairs for the adults is a plus.”

7762 Beach Blvd Suite 1, Buena Park“Although it may be true that this former Radisson has seen better days, I think some of the other reviews were a bit harsh. Let me mention some of the positives. 1. I dealt with three front desk people, and they were all friendly and helpful. They kept asking if there was anything they could do for me. That was the exact opposite experience I got at the Knott's Hotel, where the front desk guys were the meanest people around to me. For instance, this more modest hotel stored my luggage when I went to the park for the day. 2. It was a reasonable price for what I got. These days that's rare. 3. The location was walking distance away from Knott's. 4. The bed was as comfortable as can be. 5. A nice pool for kids 6. It was a big suite. 7. I left satisfied.”
“Took my date here to knott's scary farm I'm 41 and she's 22 it was weird because I felt like her dad but we had fun I didn't get a kiss though which was a bummer but I had fun”
