The worst vans ever. The young gals who work there are so snobby and not willing to help and aren't like vans vibe, vans cool like the other locations. Very much rush you and make you feel like you're annoying them. Also they have boxes of merch all over the store front like they can't manage, organize and prioritize both sales and stock. As a previous vans manager, I was having serious anxiety witnessing how they're representing Paul Van Doren's dream as I knew him pretty well while he was alive.... RIP Goat.... And his brother Jim... anyways, this location needs help and guidance from a top location.

I think it's really important to note Bri was absolutely wonderful. She has the patience and kindness of a saint. My autistic son has anxiety getting new shoes and always throws a fit. I was stressed out and Bri was kind, attentive and helpful. I felt it was important to do the receipt survey but it didn't have a compliment field only rating systems and of course she got all 10s. Thank you so much Bri!

I bought some shoes and tried them on and walked around 30 steps. They are very uncomfortable and places that shouldn't be uncomfortable. I try to return the shoes here and they look brand new and they refuse to accept my return with my receipt. I'm going to escalate this to corporate. The staff would not reveal their name, nor would they try to reason with me so this place gets a big one star for me and it's a shame because it was my sponsor when I was raised to be a max and I've also worked with vans and Michael De Wit Creative Director for seven years so this is a shame vans will not get my money anymore. I wore Vans when i was in High School and i have not owned a pair in about maybe 25 years. But i stopped here today with my partner and we purchased a couple shoes and clothes of many stiyles. My first time at this store and i love the selection of different shoes and name brands. Cutomer Service was good, i didnt see anything funny or fishy about the shoes. I had a great experience.

The BP location is great....friendly & helpful staff, cute styles & good prices. I haven't worn Van's since I was 11 yrs old, I'm now 52 The "Aloha" style shoes (on display) got my attention, so I'm back! Thanks for an A+ store in our city!

.........DO NOT SHOP at VANS Shoes....... ........BEWARE....BUYER....BEWARE..... Purchased shoes on April 9th and today is April 20th ...shoes are exactly 11 days old size 4 1/2 for a 10 year old ... paid CASH shoes rounded off to $$ 70.00 and I was told NO Returns or EXCHANGING even with receipt .....I said BOLOGNA .....and had to Get LOUD and the Manager just wanted yo Argue with me ......RUDE ....RUDE .....RUDE ..... Foot Locker will return defective shoes for 14 days with a RECEIPT.....when I bought them I specifically asked if They Tore or were defective if they could be returned and I was told yes.....They just Wasted 60 minutes of my time.....but I was not Going Away....I started Holding the Shoes and the Receipt up and showing All the potential customers the Seam that came undone and that if you bought your kids a pair of shoes you can't wear them.....KI$$ my A$$ Vans .....

Came in with my daughters and my niece ...Harmony helped us out she was very friendly and helpful she measured my kids and brought two sizes of each shoe out she even made sure they were extra clean for us !! Will definitely be Back

In the middle of the Covid 19 pandemic in central California it is impossible to buy a good pair of shoes locally, everything has to internet orders. My teenage daughter got hired at local grocery store and needed a pair of all black shoes that are comfortable for all day on her feet. No problem I will order some Vans from Vans, WRONG! They said it could be up to a 48 hr delay and we calculated for that. The issue is the shoes did not move for 5 days! Then shipping went from Saturday delivery, to Monday, to Tuesday delivery. The shipping Vans chose to use (I did not have an option) does not deliver on Mondays for whatever reasons not explained to me (a solid 7 days after they were ordered). Give us options on freight because you obviously are not in any hurry!I had to drive 20 miles to go pick them up at the hub this morning because we could not trust that they would even be delivered. Really not impressed! There are millions of people looking for work if you are short handed.Sketchers next time!
