I had a terrible experience at this USPS location. The gray/blonde female with a bun and thick makeup, who claimed to be the manager, was extremely rude and unhelpful. She shouted at me instead of assisting, making me feel discriminated against. I came with a crying 2-year-old and a pregnant friend, and she embarrassed us in front of everyone. She refused to help and wouldn't let anyone else assist either. I will avoid this place at all costs.

You can be very happy and when you arrive at this office they with their bitter and despotic faces, make you feel the worst of your days. It seems like they don't get paid well and they hate their jobs. They are rude and despotic.No one deserves to be treated with contempt, especially older people. I have heard people talk to them as if being ancient were a crime.

Waited at the front of the line for around 10 minutes while the attendant sat open at another station and didn't call me, until she saw other people were getting in line and then decided to help me. Wasn't allowed to take a photo of the item I was attempting to send after being told they charge $10 for tracking (this has never been an issue before), and was told I needed to go outside to take the photo and then wait in the now extremely long line over again. I've received tracking and a receipt that it was sent for no charge from this post office and others prior to this, so either the attendant just didn't want to help me (likely) or they've changed their policy for money grabbing purposes in the last few weeks. She accused me of not being truthful and asked me to produce a receipt of prior instances (because obviously everybody carries every receipt for mail they have ever received on them or they are lying), and then told me she couldn't help at all. This was after watching her argue with another customer about passport logistics that were (from my personal experience) incorrect. I would just find another USPS until this employee is taken off the front end.

The old Asian guy working here should be fired. Ridel or something was his name (couldn’t tell because of his thick accent and mumbling). He had the most unprofessional and obnoxious attitude I’ve ever seen at usps and clearly knew nothing about his job other than scanning packages (a 6-year-old can do that!). I cannot believe how such incompetent and uncivil people got a job. If you don’t know something, acknowledge your lack of knowledge and don’t give false information. USPS should take customer feedback more seriously, retrain and/or re-select their employees.

Don't drop off your packages here especially in the drop off because you'll get a snarky reply because they lost your package with "why didn't you use the self check out?"- Allen (so sure of himself)
Maybe I should so a computer system can take your job!!!
They don't scan your packages and then they get lost with no resolution after 5+ weeks.
Even if my package was scanned it'd still be lost at the huge LA distribution center!

The Asian gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful. I went in to do a passport renewal. I was completely clueless about the whole process and he guided me through the whole thing while maintaining a welcoming attitude. Whole process only took about 3 minutes. Thank you good sir.

In and out, just like that. ( I got lucky, it wasn't busy at that time) Personnel is always friendly.I just answered a question from Kayla regarding passports, I didn't have an answer so I looked it up. I actually called them. My last answer was that I was unfamiliar with the passport dept of the post office. Her question was can she walk in to renew her child's passport.That answer is yes. But only on Tuesday Thursday and I believe they said Friday, from 10:00am to 11:00am.

I shipped a international package to Mexico from this location! The tracking information said it was last scanned at the Juarez Mexican international airport, it’s been 30 days and no updates, so my package is lost, I can’t get in contact to USPS via phone or email, I will go down to there office one more time to see if they can help me!
