After really annoying experiences with UPS stores in the San Fernando Valley and westward, this store was a perfect experience. Glad I happened to be in this area today! I did wait until the store wasn’t busy because I had the time and knew I needed help. Such kind assistance from workers willing to take care of printing my label and sealing my package for very reasonable fees!

Sent a packet but customer cancelled last minute. I called 30 minutes after I left the store and was told they would get it back and charge me a 15% fee. 2 weeks went by. I get a call my package was back. I went to pick it up expecting a refund. They wanted to charge me $25. I explained what I was told and they laughed and told me it doesn't matter what the employee said. This is how it is. I explained if I was told that I would have just let it go. He just kept laughing. I have not felt that disrepected in a long time. I had to pay $25 to get it back. I would not trust this ups store ever again and the owner. If they tell you anything it's in hopes to charge more fees.

The staff there were incredibly helpful and friendly. What impressed me the most was their attention to detail. They carefully packaged my documents and ensured everything was secure.The process was smooth and efficient, and I could tell they genuinely cared about the safety of my shipment. The staff also provided a tracking number so I could keep an eye on the progress of my documents. This UPS branch excellent customer service, attention to detail, and efficient process made my experience hassle-free. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing to send important documents.

I also use this store for Amazon returns. Employee just scans the code on my phone, prints me a receipt and I’m done! Don’t think I’ve ever been in there more than 5 minutes ?

Everyone that works here hates their life. Not once have I ever had a normal or kind employee. They all look like they are counting the minutes until they are off work.Must really suck to work for UPS if all the employees share the same sentiment.Terrible and careless service.

My favorite UPS store! The employees at this location provide excellent customer & notary service. Plus, when I am not prepared for the Amazon returns, if it's not too crazy busy, they would take their time to help as much as they can. I definitely recommend the location and will come back again :)

They remembered to change me $180 plus the cost of making the shipping label but they never delivered my package, it was going to a nearby city about 40 minutes away and it's been over 10 days now and they have no idea what happened to my package.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I would give negative stars if possible. First off, we were not greeted. None of the workers were smiling and they looked like they did not want to be there. We came to return some Amazon items and they were very rude and unhelpful. I made a mistake of accidentally giving them an extra item. Once they packaged it and I realized the mistake, I asked for the item back (as it should be returned under a different code) and they did NOT give me the item back!! Now I have to put in a complaint to Amazon to see if I can still get the refund back. I had multiple returns so I understand there are a lot of items, but the workers were not helpful and very short with us. They did not do their best to answer our questions nor accommodate us. I would not recommend going to this ups store location at all.

It's raining ppl are trying to get in and out quickly I had one black and white shipping label I needed which was two dollars they said internet was down so that I can't pay with card that's all I had all they said was sorry then we can't give it to you like sir it's one sheet it's an inconvenience on your tech support that it's down not mine no sign anywhere least they could've done is given it to me since it was already printed you will not go bankrupt over one paper. TERRIBLE SERVICE WONT COME AGAIN FedEx here I come.

Over price $2 for the label printAnd they charge me 30 dls for a box and i have a free shipping label...just need a box! Well the charge 36.67 for a box ? and tape lol I need a medium size they give me a doble size ? you guys are rip off!!!!!Just because I was running out time I have to buy it.....plz ppl do not bring your packages without box.The lady was in front of me she try too return something from Amazon was a small package they want to charge 13 dls just for a ? ?
