Employees at the store are very kind and supportive. I saw some confused people who don't even know why they are at the UPS for and going mad. As long as you have your things ready, friendly workers will help your packages.

It's true, this place is rude to its customers. Almost lost a package because they weren't checking how many parcels I'm sending. Wouldn't recommend this place.

Buena Park Downtown UPS Store location on a Tuesday afternoon. Went there to ship a package. Experience was less than desirable. Employee who waited on me is rude and totally lacks customer service skills and I did nothing to provoke him; I am an easy-going and patient person. There are many UPS, FedEx and US Post Offices in the general area in which to do business. This specific UPS store will not be one of them in the future.
