Good promotion going on this month, but disappointed with the smoothies today:I got 2 Large Strawberry Wave with added Energy & Soy, and 1 small Mango Mania with added Cellulite. Walked out wondering why so liquidy, but quickly drove home. We're shocked when we tasted them after I shared with my sons. They all tasted very blunt, watery, and seemed missing ingredients... I guessed frozen yogurt & juices, many things missing, or water added? Disappointed but no option to send feedback through their app. Suggest everyone to check texture & taste a sip before walking out the store.

I showed up on Thursday March 24,2022, at 3:15 to pick up the orderThe young girl said: it’ll take a few minutesI said no problem and waited. After some time I went in to pick it up… she was preparing an order; after it was finished, she handed to me.I said this is not my order … mine has more items and the things you put in are not the ordered ones. She didn’t accept what I said and still insisted it’s mine. So, I showed the order on my screen, now she went back and checked her screen and without apologizing or anything, she went to the fridge and picked up my order which was sitting there for all this time and handed to me!!! Still no apologies.Forgot to say that when I entered the store and said hi, she didn’t return my greeting.It’s a good idea for these young people to go through proper training of how to receive a customer and how to handle the orders and let them know that even though the ownership of the business belongs to someone else, but still they make their money off of this business .. so its best to do their jobs right.They usually get into labor force through family introduction and that’s why they don’t know the first basic things about dealing with customers.So, I’m giving two star here because of the service Not being provided at this location at that time of the day.

I haven't been to Juice It Up! until 2 two weeks ago I tried their juices and they're delicious! The first juice I tried was Mighty-C Immunity Juice, 2nd was The Supercharger three days ago and the first smoothie was Superfruit Sunrise today. I'm in love with Juice It Up! and their drinks. It's the best juice bar I ever went.
