This target is terrible in customer service. Today I had called them 7 times and no answer at all. I tried to contact two departments and still nothing. It's ridiculous. Is no one at their departments? Especially customer service area. So I had to drive all the way down to this target and when I get there I seen 4 employees in the customer service area just talking. I'm like really couldn't pick up the phone?! So what I went there for was the LPS toys that are coming back and when I went to the toy section there was no LPS so annoying cause if they could of just answered their phones I wouldn't have wasted my time going over there. Other targets I been at or called I never had an issue.

The service at the Starbucks was very good. Very nice and professional. It's not the employees fault, but it's kind of rude not to take a gratuity. It makes for an awkward situation got both the team member and I didn't feel like a guest when I left. I'm sure it's Corp policy.

I gave two stars because it's target and I'll still shop here but I was turned away from self checkout today because I had more than 10 items. I've been shopping at target since self check out became a thing and have never heard of that. Makes zero sense and took a happy customer out of line after I waited and told me I needed to go to the regular line??? Why? All that does is inconvenience the customer that already waited in line. If this is something new you guys are trying out I highly advise against it. It serves no purpose

I go into your store almost daily and there is always one particular employee that always has a smile on her face and actually working if I remember right her name was Terry she has been working in the front end for years . She always has an amazing attitude willing to help not only the customers but also the employees when it starts to get busy with no questions asked . She is the main reason I continue to go to your store and shop . Thank you Terry for all your hard work and thank you for always making everyone smile your an amazing women

I'm a former Target employee and what my friend told me, I'm totally outraged. So this target had a fire and my friend had to leave all her stuff behind for her safety. When the store opened up, she was busy with school and work to check and pick your her left items. She goes today and was told that they threw everything away. And one of Target policies when it comes to lost and found is typically hold it for a week before donating or throwing away. I thought they would have been considerate and hold it a week and a half when the store opened up again. They told her with no emotion that her MacBook, her Apple Watch that her boyfriend gave her before going over seas, her emergency cash, her ID l, cards, and her Marc Jacob's The Tote Bag was thrown away. If this store were to ever caught one fire again (i hope it doesn't) risk it and take your stuff with you, cause these employees will throw it away.

This location is understaffed and has a very long line at the registers (mostly self checkout). Seems to be the "new normal". I miss the efficient well staffed target stores!

If I could zero stars, I would. The fact that this place can't even pick up the phone after calling EACH department, FIVE times. Ridiculous. Apparently this target is closed and nobody every works here. (If you can't read the sarcasm, I don't know what to tell you)

I went in from out of town to grab some stuff and was being pressured to change my phone line with the electronic people. They were being persistent that I give them my id so did, finally being able to get away from their pressure I left, not realizing they kept my id. I am from out of town I live 1.5 hours away I keep trying to call the store to confirm my ID card is there before making the drive. I have called the store 7x different departments just trying to speak with someone and I keep getting hung up on. This establishment should be run better since they are such a big cooperation, throughout that whole store there is not even 1 person to pick up a phone? mind you I've tried every department. This is ridiculous and I will not be returning to this store unless it's for my id.

Starbucks staff in this target is so rude, inconsistent and careless!!!! I asked for a zebra hot chocolate (Hot chocolate with 2 pumps mocha 2 pumps white mocha) the clueless worker began to say "I don't know what that is" with the rudest tone ever. It doesn't matter how busy or how slow the Starbucks is they will continue to move as slow as they can and have side conversations In THE MIDDLE of taking your order. There's only one female employee that is decent and I would only go when she is working other than that fire them all!!!

This 1 star goes to the horrible wifi and cell signal that's universally found in every target. I have AT&T so I know I should have decent coverage and yet every target trip I deal with slow app speeds (I use the app to make my purchases) this target is up there with the worst app speed usually leading to screen freezing while I'm trying to pull up the pay barcode and today was especially bad waiting for the app to open just for it to freeze
