I just signed up with them and So far so good . The staff were friendly and patient and efficient. I gave them 4 stars because I've been confused with their billings however the lady I spoke with was very helpful and resolved all my concerns .

Grace is the best!!!My wife and I needed help with fixing a very annoying issue related to transferring the phone number from AT&T to T-Mobile, and Grace solved it with confidence and positivity. 10 out of 10 customer service level. Thank you!

Came in on a Sunday afternoon to upgrade to family plan. Walk out with an additional home internet WiFi plan. Getting great support from Johnny. There are many knowledgeable and eager helpers at this facility. Good job guys.

Was very happy I went to the Orangethorpe, Buena Park location! Alexandra was very helpful, answered all my concerns, and patiently transferred all my data to my new IPhone. Had a sweet, unwavering smile the entire time she was helping me! Thanks a lot, Alex!

I have visited this place twice and have had a negative experience with this branch. This is the worst T-Mobile store in Orange County. It is unfortunate that the customer service does not meet expectations, especially after being a long term customer. The manager knows nothing about the policy and rules of his company, he lies and cheats, and when you enter the place they treat you with bad morals and arrogance. I advise you customers to find another branch. I've been a T-Mobile customer for over ten years and have never found a worse place. I know that the store owner's response is to apologize and communicate on the web site, and thus most businesses lose their credibility. Horrible manager Michael

Not sure why their overall rating is so low. I called and on the 3 ring the phone was answered by Jonathan. He was polite and very helpful. I followed up by going in and was greeted immediately. 15 minutes later I was out the door with a reactivated simm card. Fantastic service. By the way, the gentleman that helped me was Johnny.

Every visit to that specific location has been a blessing. Everyone of their staff has helped us in some way making our experience the best. If it wasn't for Jerry and his Manager we would of not continued with T-mobile, but because of Jerry's professionalism and support we not only left happy, but are recommending our friends and family to switch to T-mobile. Thank you Jerry, Carlos, Johnny, and their Manager for all their help you guys are awesome!

So I went in on an (apparently) busy Tuesday. About 15 minutes to get to me after a swift check in by (I'm assuming) the lead. Everyone seemed polite & driven to help. But my experience was a walk in the park thanks to GRACE! Grace was multi tasking 2 other guests when she started on me, but it DID NOT feel like it. She was perfect at asking good questions, giving good answers, and engaging in seriously delightful conversation during. I can't image how sick the get of just shooting the breeze with people. Grace even had good interactions with the other 2 people she was working with. An elderly Spanish speaking lady (and 2 youth) who burst into laughter every other time Grace engaged them (I understand some Spanish but try not to pry). But ALSO all the staff is multi-lingual. All 3 on call that day, and every business card for the extended staff on the counters. I had a great time. Walked out with my upgrade in under 30 minutes, with a fully functional phone to drive home using. Give Grace a raise.

I've been to many T-Mobile stores over my many years with them. The experiences are usually very bad. But Jhonny Campos (yes that's spelled right) is great example of the kind of patience and help we need when it comes to resolving cell phone issues. He stayed with us and while the resolution took an hour, he did not pass me off to another and made sure everything seemed in order, especially helpful when the phone customer service line messed up our apple watch service activation like 3 times in a row, Jhony was patient yet expeditious in dealing wiht it and making sure we were being charged the right fee and the right plan. Look for him if you want someone to trust.

Very bad, despotic and rude, the people who work there do not offer you an option or solution for your problem. It is of no use that they are well bathed and combed if they do not know how to treat clients anyway.
