They don't carry any of the Galaxy phones but think because I wanted to get my wife a new phone they said they didn't carry any of the 3 galaxy phones.. why would you advertise if you don't have them. Think they didn't like us

Please don't shop at this location, I was questioned why I wanted to get the phone I wanted. I was questioned if I could afford it, I honestly think they judged me by my ethnicity and appearance. But honestly if you don't want to be mistreated don't go. I literally cried after because I saved up for my phone and everything. So it sucks to be treated this way.

worst experience ever !! dnt ever come to this establishment. Walked in and no acknowledgment, took a while before i was help. Greeted with "why are you here" told him what's wrong with the phone. Asked if i have a warranty and i said yes, after a couple minutes of going through his ipad. he said it's a warranty claim and that he can't do anything about it. Gave me a notepad and told me to claim it through that site. After going through that i had to call since there was no service for battery issues. Had to call and process this claim over the phone. Went to another tmobile after 2 days to pick up my warranty phone and comes to find out after an inspection of the phone that it was water damage so here i am back again having to go through the claim site to process this again. Next time please inspect the phone and see what's really wrong so you can direct us to the right service. They help their kind and that's it!!! anyone else they barely look at.

Acknowledge your patrons. Sheesh, waited 10 minutes with no acknowledgment. Walked out without a single word spoken to us. Thursday morning at 11:30, 2 employees with 2 separate customers, a simple "we'll be right with you." would have sufficed.

Giving it 1 star because I can't give it zero. I went down there to get a new Home Gateway, and they gave me one that didn't work. I went back down to the store, and they acted like they didn't want to help me. They asked for a receipt, I asked them why they couldn't look it up under my account as it HOME INTERNET. They finally helped and exchanged the old one that didn't work (WAN005) with a new one. The guy set it up, and once he was done, I drove home. I got back to my house, and tried to set it up, then got connectivity errors AGAIN. I called customer support, and then they asked me to check for a SIM card. I looked in the SIM card slot, and, you guessed it, NO SIM CARD!!!!! This wouldn't have been an issue for most, but I work from home, so I couldn't work all day due to the fact I had to go forth with this store. What a total joke. Avoid this place at all costs!!!

The store manager is horrible, please stay away from this T mobile , they only help their kind. Because of the store manager I am getting charged for a late payment.

Clerk was totally disinterested and unhelpful. Walked in with a technical issue - screen went black. Response I got was essentially "we don't provide tech support here". My first negative experience with T Mobile in the years I've used them. I guess retail stores service only equipment buyers. Good to know.

Went in to get another phone line set up. They were totally disinterested in helping. He told me to go to another store. The store up in Whittier had me in and out in 30 minutes and we’re very helpful. I’ll never go back to this store.

Beware, this is not a corporate store. This is a retailer contracted with T-Mobile. At the store they only look out for themselves and are not about customer service. I had to leave the store and worked directly with Tmobile. Fortunately, Tmobile gave me the option to file a complaint against the store and its manager, hopefully this will help them wake up so they can do their job better instead of leaving T-Mobile customers stranded in without a phone.

Needed some help with my kids tablet and usually when I walk into these store things take long. So I was prepared to stay for a long visit, but lucky I got Darren who got me and my toddler in n out with a remarkable prices !! He was so helpful and really made the experience quick and painless. I hope every visit is as great as that one!! Thank you
