Aman is the dream repair man. He was prompt, brought his own booties and very knowledgeble. But so rare today, he is honest!! He came to assess my LG washer and told me that the bearing of the drum is wearing out which explains the repeating of the rinse cycle (plus we use too much soap). He told me that repair is possible but not guaranteed and best to replace when the machine gives out. He also did not charge me for the visit, even though I protested. I expect a lot from my service providers and Aman exceeds all my expectations!!

I have used Smart Appliance Fix twice now for my dryer. Alex is very professional and was available the same day I contacted him. Within hours he was in my home and fixed my dryer even with a warranty. Highly recommend Alex!

Needed to fix a dishwasher that wasn't draining at all. The water would keep pooling and would eventually lead to flooding the kitchen. The tech was extremely timely / punctual and worked quickly and efficiently. They had to order a part and come back within a full business day, so that was very good. Price we paid was reasonable given the price of the parts that needed to be replaced. I recommend this business.

Aman was very responsive and came out the next day to diagnose my washer issue (he offered to come the same day). We decided to buy a new washer instead of fix it but he was understanding. I hope we never need another appliance fix but if we do we would choose this business again.
