The worst customer care service! I’ve gone now about a dozen times in the past 3 months, so I’m very familiar with the way they run their customer care service. If your car breaks down, it takes days before they see it which I can understand for scheduling purposes. But then if you need a loaner, they never have any, and they loan service desk complains about being able to give you one. I’ve been told multiple times on different occasions, “we don’t have any there is a waitlist” even though I’m paying to drive a brand new 100k dollar suv. Eventually after being bounced around a couple of times they send you to enterprise for a loaner. I even had a girl hang up on me once when I insisted I needed a loaner. My list can go on and on. I’ve been told, when I was returning a loaner, I’m about to clock out of work and looked at me as she couldn’t take the loaner back, it was 15 min until closing. I insisted she take the car back as I hadn’t drove all the way down their during there business hrs for her not to accept the car. Oh and don’t get me started on dropping your car off. Rarely does anyone greet you when you pull into the service center and when you do decide to go in, you stand in the middle of 10 or so service desk, and everyone is looking down at there computer. No one greets you, so you just stand there in the middle of 10 desk with no one saying a word, it’s awkward. I once stood there for 10 or 15 min. Everyone was looking at there screens and finally they ask what do you need, I said I was called to pick up my car. And he says oh just go to the cashier and they’ll get your car for you. They didn’t mutter a word as to what was as wrong with the car even though they had just replaced a brand new engine. I mean this place is a joke. I’ve had many cars, and I never new bad service like this existed.

Dealer lot is clean and the techs seem nice, my issue is with Service. I Dropped off my 2024 CT5V for what seems to be a software issue, they forecasted a week and half before they can take a look! The frustrating part about it is you don't have the option to take your vehicle home, it has to be left on the lot even if they aren't planning on working on it. They gave me a loaner a gmc crossover, but we are pushing 13 business days (19 days) and my vehicle hasn't been looked at. Don't understand why you cant just take your vehicle home and bring it when its ready to be looked at, like a proper appt system. More importantly why does it take over a week to look at a vehicle with a software issue. The service department has kept me updated via text, which is neat.

I had an appointment for service today at 1130am. I waited for 30 min before I left. I didn't get acknowledged, greeted or attended. I can see the service reps talking and laughing with each other on their comfy high chairs. Lazy people! This place is close to home that's why I come here but the service is garbage! I will not buy or service ANY car here ever again. Back to Tustin Cadillac I go. Be warned. Take your business elsewhere.

Had the worse experience leaving my Cadillac to get a door lock fixed my vehicle sat there for 3 days with out update or being fixed I was told service manager was not in site service people where rude and clueless as ever DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP

After my 3rd time trying to get my dream car I came across lorenzo and he made it happen for me. I'm a beyond satisfied customer.

Buena Park Simpson Cadillac sales and finance department are scammers, I went there to purchase a Cadillac Lyriq and they agreed to my negotiated price. They had me fill out the form to get access to my personal information so they could access my pre-approved loan. Then after accessing my credit /pre-approved loan information, they called me and told me the car was sold but that they had a more expensive Lyriq that they could sell me.It was super unethical to run my credit and tell me that the car was mine. Then to tell me they were getting the sales contract ready for me only to try to sell me a more expensive car that I didn't want. Slimy unethical sales tactics.

My family has been buying cars from Simpson since they were in Downey. Fast fwd prolly 60 years… I bought prepaid oil change subscription. Car started burning oil. Spoke with service manager who assured me that all was normal. IMMEDIATELY after next prepaid oil change, the oil level was below the ADD mark. I went back to dealer within an hour and was told by mechanic, service writer and service manager that the ADD mark is but a “theoretical” level. Ridiculous. Car stopped burning oil when I took her back to local mechanic for oil changes. I spoke with the general manager who was not happy to hear this, told me that Cadillac is having the dealer under fill the crankcase! Not even believable. Just like Cadillac made a dipstick that ADD doesn’t mean Add?? Who would have an oil CHANGE when you receive less oil than you started with? This is an oil DRAIN! Avoid these guys for service. And because I had a very shady service experience, I won’t buy from them either. Not at all recommended for buying a car, buying parts or obtaining dealer service for your car.

I paid a $100 deposit to reserve a Lyriq in June 2022, but had not been contacted as of August 2023, so I contacted the dealer in August 2023, and they said I had to wait, but I didn’t want to wait. , so I asked them to refund my deposit, but now it has been three months and they still haven’t refunded me. They made excuses not to pay me back.I just got off the phone with them again and this time they said I need to come to the dealer to sign the form and they will refund my money within 10 days. I plan to go tomorrow. I will never put down a deposit or anything like that with this dealer from now on. Please be careful everyone.
