Simpson Cadillac sales and finance department are scammers, I went there to purchase a Cadillac Lyriq and they agreed to my negotiated price. They had me fill out the form to get access to my personal information so they could access my pre-approved loan. Then after accessing my credit /pre-approved loan information, they called me and told me the car was sold but that they had a more expensive Lyriq that they could sell me. It was super unethical to run my credit and tell me that the car was mine. Then to tell me they were getting the sales contract ready for me only to try to sell me a more expensive car that I didn't want. Slimy unethical sales tactics.

It is unfortunate that when you bring your car in for service you don’t feel served. 1. The gentleman in service was nice enough to ask who was next. But obviously was not happy that it was us, since he asked serveral more times even after everyone in the line (that we were standing in the front of the line) told him it was us. Not sure what that was about. 2. We had prepaid service appointments that we have done before but this time the person checking us in opened the hood to look around (??). So it took longer to check in than we’re used too.3. The engine light came on while driving two days ago and then went off after a short time. We asked them to check it. Very casually the service check in gentleman said they should have an answer by Friday (today is Wednesday). When we inquired what that means was they would need to keep my car for the week with a Possible answer Friday (not fixed but checked and send info for the warranty approval) about what is wrong with it associated with the engine light. We asked about an appointment to get it checked, but were told “No we can’t bring it back when it’s our turn to be checked”. They said “There are many cars ahead of us so they won’t get around to even looking at it until Friday” and they cannot provide a rental car until they know what’s wrong which they will not know until Friday (??). They said “You Own The Car” so until they get around to checking it and get approval through the warranty there is nothing they can do to.Treatment is definitely different from sales to service. We are more than disappointed with the responses we received today.

I can't believe I'm so late to give my review! Any hoot! Just want to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to the internet sales manager Al Perry! He exceeded our expectations! He made our purchase run so smoothly. He kept us informed while we waited on our car to be delivered (due to back order), and when it arrived, he informed us immediately. Mr. Perry doesn't just make his sales and cut you off, like other dealers I've experienced. I've come to him with some questions and concerns. He was very helpful and knowledgeable! My husband and I both were so impressed with the overall service at this dealership from sales to finance! We bought our 2022 Cadillac CT5 Sport on 08/26/22. We will be back next year to trade our car and / or purchase another. We are definitely sticking with this dealership now. Oh, and the service department is also nothing but so helpful and professional as well! Especially our service consultant, Mark Michael Rodelo. I just bought a new Cadillac at Simpson Cadillac in Buena Park. The staff was so helpful and I was pleasantly surprised by how easy they made the buying process. Chris Cwynar was AWESOME! He helped from beginning to end. He was thoughtful, patient, and worked very hard to find the best car for me. THANKS CHRIS!!! And a shout out to Eva Fuentes. She helped me in the very beginning of my car buying process and she was a gem! I suspect she was helping Chris ensure I got the car I wanted and the best deal they could make. Both Eva and Chris seemed to care about me as a customer and treated me with respect and genuine kindness during the entire process. Bottom line, I am impressed with the level of service and care the team showed me all along the way.

I experienced frustration during my recent visit when I selected maintenance services on your online platform. Specifically, I opted for an oil change with a tire rotation priced at $64.96 for 6 quarts of full synthetic oil and a front tire alignment priced at $69.95. To my surprise, the final bill at the front desk amounted to $310 plus tax. When I questioned the discrepancy, the staff member explained that I was being charged over $140 for the oil change due to the inclusion of the tire rotation and over $150 for the alignment. Initially, I reluctantly accepted this, but upon returning with evidence of the online prices, which I had manually selected, the staff member adjusted the price to $210 without hesitation, raising concerns about the initial pricing. After a 2.5-hour wait, I was informed that my car was being washed and would be ready soon. However, 30 minutes later, the same clerk approached me and explained that my car was not starting. After approximately 10 minutes of him attributing the issue to my car, I observed that the car was not in park. I pointed out that it had been turned off before being put in park, which was preventing it from starting. I demonstrated this on the dashboard display as well. Surprisingly, the staff member then suggested charging me for a mechanic to address an issue caused by your employees, which I found unreasonable. During this time, I contemplated looking at Cadillacs to potentially replace my 2023 Telluride and CT5. However, this experience has left me feeling hesitant about returning even for a simple oil change. I have never felt so deceived by a dealership. Ultimately, the lead mechanic resolved the issue by resetting some fuses and addressing the car's starting problem, which was due to being in the wrong gear. However, now my car exhibits unusual shaking and shifting behavior, suggesting that something more extensive may have occurred during the service. My CT5 only has 30,000 miles, so this unexpected outcome has left me dissatisfied. Regrettably, I did not speak with a manager during my visit, as my frustration overtook me, and I simply wanted to leave.

Rex Perry Jr The Worst Customer Service Simpson Cadillac is a business that does not respect the customer nor do they follow through with the promises that are made at the time of your purchase. Sales says one thing and services department does whatever they see fit. I bought a Cadillac for Cadillac service and I would have gotten better service from a Yugo dealer. I will forever be disappointed in the lack of service I received from Simpson Cadillac and will NEVER RETURN TO HAVE MY CADILLAC SERVICED WITH THEIR TEAM OF SLACKERS AND TIME WASTERS AND UNPROFESSIONAL DISRESPECTFUL INDIVIDUALS. On top of all the lack of service the disrespect is real the some dude Roger responded to a review by wrongfully assuming he was answering a woman.

I brought my Escalade in because the front air vent did not work This was in December I checked the car in There was no response , I called and was told the guy was on vacation until the first of the year I said ok . Still two weeks later no response Finally I got the car back the radio was disconnected and the antenna was missing I don't understand what that had to do with the vent?? When I went to pick up the car it wasn't washed none of the fluids had been replaced !! There was no service recommendation slip provided They charged me 4k and told me they couldn't fix it I took the car home cause they had it so long I drove it for about a week and the air only came out of the top vent Once home I noticed smoke and a big leak Took it back it was the hose goin to heater Took it home the ac didn't work Took it back they told me they wanted to charge I told them I did not have any issues with the ac until I took it to them Took the car home started hearing noises the ac belt had broken took it back they told me they had to do a checkup and wanted to charge me again the car was never fixed I sent an email to the service manager that was completely ignored I would not recommend this place if you have a cadillac I know that was a lot, but that was a lot I was told the representative

I'll be honest, at first I was hesitant to visit this dealership based on the reviews I read, but boy was I happy that I came to Simpson Cadillac, Buena Park. Robert, my sales guy, and George, the manager, were the greatest! Their genuine care for me walking out happy and satisfied was evident. Five hours later, I walked out with a new 2024 XT5 and not once did they lose their patience. I also got a better trade in deal than what was offered at another local Cadillac dealership. Hands down the best and most thorough purchase/sale I have ever experienced. Great job gentleman. Simpson is my new dealership regardless of the drive. Thanks Robert and George. I'll bring you coffee next time I see you... my new friends!
