Going to a dealer can be exciting and stressful. I had the pleasure to go to Simpson Buick GMC of Buena Park and I was pleasantly surprised on my over all experience. I initially spoke with Mr. Lamar Johnson and he was great. I was taken on a couple test drives and after I was not rushed to the dreaded negotiating table. I had time to fully absorbed the test drives. I decided my vehicle and started to process of purchasing. Mr. Lorenzo continued with me on my purchase and he was amazing. Not at anytime did he make me feel rushed and haggled. He and his manager, Mr. Perry, listened to my concerns and too their time with me. I finished my purchase on a 2024 GMC Sierra at4 and it’s amazing and more importantly I left feeling I was NOT taken advantage of. I feel very good with the entire purchase. I was even offered an Uber when my truck was ready for pickup. Thank you Simpson I am very grateful and Mr. Lorenzo and Mr. Lamar thank you again, you guys were great.

Leased a 100k vehicle and they can’t even install the license plate brackets and some other parts. They improperly installed temp paper plates and left parts for me to install. Also gave me false facts about the vehicle and charging options. Also tried not giving me any charging supplies. Definitely love the vehicle but would never buy from Simpson again. Couple other issues but am having another dealership do the service and recalls. Just not a good dealership.

I had a good experience mainly because of Luis He was very helpful and informative. Even answered any questions I had on a promptly manner days after I purchased a car. Luis was very helpful and knowledgeable on the entire process from start to finish.
