I took my car in for service, did a wheel alignment. Was not told any price, was charged $249.99. Went back to the dealership, told them I saw a special that was $79.95. They understood supposedly & said they were going to refund my money. Which would be $170 dollars refunded back to me. The manager even said it would take 3 or so days for me to get the money back. Fast forward I never got the refund, I call them and get no calls back. I was told the service manager would call me back but again, nothing. I talked to a live agent & they told me they would get back to me as fast as possible. I haven't heard from them since. Avoid this dealership at all costs. What kind of business says they'll refund you but go on to not refund you? I should have known better looking at all the horrible reviews. Don't overlook them as I did.

I love this BMW service center. They truly have the best customer service and go out of their way to support you with best interest in our safety first then our budget. They don't push extras and you can always discuss what you can proceed with or decline. They do a complimentary inspection-check and send you a video. Our service representative is Scott and we feel like family when we need our car fixed! Thank you ?

If there is a 0 star, that's what this place will get. Bought a "Certified Pre-Owned" car back in July 2023 and everything went smoothly. After a day, 1 key fob stopped working. Had to go back and get a battery. no problem. Then after few rides, brakes started SQUEALING, getting louder and louder each time. Contacted the sales rep and communicative at first but quit responding after several emails. Very disappointing that we did not even get offered to perhaps bring it to their service dept. to check what's wrong with the brake pads "they just began using" according to her. After 4 months and almost 2000 miles, brakes are still squealing and louder than ever as you can hear in the attached video. Upsetting!!!Like what another person said about this place, "once you're out of the lot, you're on your own", and that's exactly what happened to us.a friendly advice, if you wanna buy a CPO, go elsewhere and buy a CPO by BMW and NOT just by AutoNation!!!!

This dealership is an absolute joke! I spoke with a salesman named Chris who quoted me $1,700 a month for an m4 competition. I told him that I got a quote from another dealer for a lot less. He then asked me what the quote was and I told him $1,300. He said let me go talk to my manager. He then came back and said If I sent him the quote they would be able to match it or beat it. I then proceeded to send him the quote and he said they wouldn’t be able to match even though he told me that he would be able to. I asked to talk to the manager and the manager was also an absolute joke and gave no help at all. The manager kept interrupting me while I was trying to speak and said he couldn’t match the offer. SO WHY DID YOUR SALESMAN SAY THEY CAN MATCH IT AFTER TALKING TO A MANAGER?? I’m left wondering why a salesman would tell me they could match a quote and then later tell me that they no longer can. Absolute joke of a dealership and an absolute joke of a manager. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone if you value honesty.

Victoria is absolutely amazing! I had some issues with my car and she was able to help me out and was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what she was talking about. She’s also the sweetest person and was so willing to help me out and answered all my questions. She didn’t just answer my questions but she thoroughly explained things to me in a way that would help me understand! I’m extremely impressed as will definitely be requesting Victoria to help me out with any of my car needs in the future!

Great purchasing experience with the used BMW M5 and the team at AutoNation BMW of Buena Park. It’s a big purchase of a hi performance luxury car and I was flying in from out of town and then driving 6 hours home. The vehicle inspections (including mechanic’s video and critical measurements) Carfax and details were very complete and accurate. The car is fabulous and was serviced and as advertised with NO surprises. Thank you Juno.

I have to admit usually it takes forever to buy a car. I went in looked at what I liked asked a million questions lol but Tai Khurram was very helpful. He was knowledgeable quick and to the point. no BS. if I asked for something he would let me know if he could make it happen or not, at the end of the day he tried and he got it done. Tai stayed on top of my text messages always replied very quickly, I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family. I've been a BMW owner for many years. I've always loved the service, but Tai absolutely was one of the best sales guy I've dealt with, definitely recommend this dealer.So, if you notice in the pictures, I picked up the car at night. I was excited like everyone when they buy a car after a couple of days of having a vehicle obviously, you start looking at it more and more. I noticed the car had a bad tire which I did not do just FYI inspect your cars from every single angle during the day unlike me unfortunately I seen the car at night. They were able to buff out a scratch that I noticed on it, but I didn't really look at the tires once you're there they do answer your questions but once you're out you're on your own

I recently purchased a 2010 Infiniti FX35 from Buena Park BMW AutoNation, and it has been an incredibly frustrating and concerning experience as a customer.At the time of purchase, I decided to acquire an Engine and Transmission warranty based on the advice of a finance associate. However, my problems began two days later when I noticed a leak under my car. Initially, it was a minor issue, possibly related to the AC, as I had heard that AutoNation does thorough inspections. Unfortunately, my optimism was short-lived.Approximately a month after the purchase, on September 21, 2023, I faced a much more severe problem. While driving to work, I noticed smoke coming from the engine. Alarmed, I pulled over and discovered significant water flowing from the engine. Naturally, I immediately turned off the vehicle and contacted roadside assistance, which towed my car to AutoNation Jaguar Woodland Hills for diagnosis.To my shock, I was informed that the radiator had a severe leak, causing substantial water flow. I expected the warranty I had purchased would cover such a critical issue. However, my hopes were dashed when AutoNation Jaguar Woodland Hills communicated that the warranty did not cover the radiator failure. Instead, I was advised to contact Buena Park BMW, where I had purchased the vehicle, for assistance. This even though I had spent my hard earned money on a warranty to avoid such out of pocket expenses.Moreover, Buena Park BMW AutoNation refused to take responsibility, claiming the vehicle was sold "as is." This lack of accountability and the terrible customer service I received left me deeply dissatisfied with my recent purchase. As a customer, I expected better treatment and service, especially after investing in a vehicle and an additional warranty.This experience has left me frustrated and concerned about the integrity of the products and services offered by Buena Park BMW AutoNation.I strongly urge potential buyers to reconsider their options and think twice before purchasing from this dealership. A business should stand by its products and provide its customers with the necessary support, especially when issues arise shortly after the purchase.

Danny Miller was my sales rep for my BMW i4 and he was absolutely amazing to work with. I have been to other BMW dealerships and the service was not as good as what Danny delivered. He kept me updated on my car's progress. Showed me how to use the garage app. And when it was ready for delivery. He had everything ready for me when I got to the dealership. The most important thing was he stayed transparent throughout the entire process from ordering and beyond delivery. He even wished me happy birthday. I never felt rushed by him and explained everything to me. He also took the time to help me download the app and make sure the car was ready to use. I really felt taken care and that I had someone who was truly on my side. Thank you so much Danny and Buena Park BMW. I will be back for my X5 or X7 in a couple of years!

Wow!! What a GREAT experience at Buena Park BMW! Juno went over the options and trim levels of my new X3 with me and I love my new car! The Manager was super easy to work with! I told them what I could pay and what I wanted and they made it work for me - seamlessly! Peter in Finance walked me through the paper work pretty easily and I was out of there in a matter of about an hour! I've never been treated better and felt respected at a car dealership! This is a no-hassle, no-haggle, no-judgments place to effortlessly buy a car. Great inventory and friendly staff!

I dropped off my car on a Saturday afternoon and Andrew, my service advisor, helped me check in and it was fast and easy. I got a link for a video clip through text message of the condition of the bottom of my car.. how it looks, how my oil is, and my tire threads..which is cool. And when it's done, I got the message to let me know my car's ready! Check out is super easy and fast.
