Purchased a used X5 from BMW of Buena Park last week. I have a bit of a phobia with going to car dealerships and was dreading the experience.
Edwin greeted me and was helpful and friendly with showing the car I wanted to buy.
Danny processed my loan and did an excellent job of providing options that worked for me.
No BS fees were applied. I know some dealerships are big in taking advantage of their customers, but the price I saw was the price that I paid. I really appreciated that.
I'll definitely be looking to shop at BMW Buena Park if I am looking for another BMW in the future!

My experience at BMW of Buena Park was outstanding because of Daniel. He sent me a text the day before my scheduled appointment. Once I arrived he greeted me immediately. Daniel got me a loaner car while my car was be serviced and updated me throughout the whole time my car was at the dealership. Daniel was kind, he had empathy for my concerns and he is a good communicator. He made me feel important and provided me with his contact information so I could schedule any future appointments with him directly. I am a loyal BMW customer because of the service level at BMW of Buena Park.

Do not purchase any of there services or care plans. They have delayed, deferred, and denied paying back a simple refund. We have gone back and forth to the dealership 3 times. We live over 2 hours away with our children in the car. They are quick to take your money but incredibly ridiculous to help with a simple adjustment. The guy has requested multiple documents, that they should have on hand, short of asking us for passports and still waiting. We called BMW directly and they said they have had similar problems with this dealership. We have talked to 3 different staff members and still can't get this done. We asked if we can email the documents and they said no. BMW, never again.

I purchased my 2020 330i from BMW of Buena Park and have previously had positive experiences with their service department. However, my recent visit on June 24, 2024, was extremely disappointing.
I brought my car in for a four-wheel alignment and oil change. I used a coupon for the alignment service, which was priced at $139.99, but the oil change with a multi-inspection was charged at $212. The service advisor attributed the high cost to the end of my warranty, though I had paid around $100 last year.
After the service, I did not receive the usual documentation or video link detailing the multi-inspection. Despite multiple follow-ups, I was told there were server issues causing delays. When I contacted another advisor today(August 24, 2024), they could not locate the results. The manager then informed me that the wheel alignment might fail due to tire wear—despite my recent tire replacement from Costco.
The manager offered me a choice between a redo of the alignment or a refund. I opted for the refund, but the entire experience has severely eroded my trust in this service department. The lack of proper communication, failure to provide results, and inadequate resolution to the issues raised were unacceptable.
As a customer who values thorough service, especially with a luxury vehicle, this experience has left me reconsidering future dealings with this dealership. I expected better accountability and customer care.

terrible customer service! I have been trying to cancel an extended warranty for over a month and was finally able to do it directly thru BMW/Safeguard. Now waiting on refund but Jose in Finance never answers or returns my calls after leaving voicemails. I get the run around with anybody else I speak to.LITERALLY have been calling and emailing for the past month!

I booked an appointment for getting a appraisal for my car and they gave me fair deal for it, But i decided to keep the car and find something else. I highly recommend this location the employees are really nice and welcoming. Thank you!

My BMW sustained a dead battery but I jump started it and drove it to the dealership--the old battery was RnR'd but the programming sensed the new battery was wrongly compromised--Daniel Lee kept me apprised of the status and got me a Uber ride home when it appeared they would not be able to clear this fault same day--I was Uber'd back to the dealer the next day for pick up--I am a happy camper
