Had no problems with the order at all. Went to return cause turns out we didn't need the item. Email the support asking how to do that. Randy tells me to just send it back to the address on the invoice. I proceed to tell him we did not receive an invoice, just what was sent in the email, which has no address for their company. So he sends me the address and then tells me to send a copy of the invoice with the return. I responded "As I stated in my previous email, I did NOT receive an invoice for this order." (Which would mean to just forward over an invoice for me to print and put with the return.) Instead, he then says "Go ahead and just ship it back I'll know who you are. FYI we send invoices with ALL of our orders." I don't know if it just got left out of our package or what happened to our invoice but I feel like his response was rather rude and uncalled for. If I had to deal with Randy, I would not purchase from this company again.

Randy and the guys at Seven Saturdays are amazing! I'm new to the area and was looking for a one stop shop for all my truck accessory needs. Randy was professional and very helpful. Definitely be back for my truck needs. Thanks gentlemen!

If zero stars was an option, it would have been selected.I ordered some parts for my car and everything went smooth until I had to return some parts that didnt work for my vehicle. I was instructed to ship them back by them so I did.I waited a week waiting for my refund and nothing. I finally decided to call them and thats when I got hit with the news that the package was all "torn" and "missing items" so they could not give me my money back. You can imagine how enraged I was.I called the postal service and explained to them the situation and they assured me that they dont deliver packages if they have been damaged in any way. They even went as far as to show me pictures of the package before they turned it over to this shop and guess what, NO DAMAGES. They even provided me the phone number for the postal service up in Buena Park and I personally got to speak to the gentlemen that delivered the package. He told me the package was perfectly sealed when he delivered it IN PERSON.I then called the shop and told them the package was not damaged and I want my money back and the gentlemen sarcastically laughing said "Show me the picture" as if the situation was a joke. Little do they know I am taking them to small claims for wasting my time. What would have been $170 dollars back to me is now going to be more.Further more, if you go on yelp and facebook you can see other people's horrible experiences with this awful, untrustworthy shop. They scam people for money when you return items back that didnt fit or work by keeping 25% of the money. In my case because I was 3 hours away they thought they could keep my money, but they thought wrong.Stay away from this shop people.

just recieved my fuelpak for my breakout5 star for this company on the delivery very fast i think 3 days or 4 days once i get it installed i will do another review. my hat is off to your company.

Very great place staff is friendly and knowledgeable in diesel world will help you troubleshoot also they're just that kind I went in with a I thought perfect running truck once I said how much boost I was giving the owner immediately said something was weird lol he went outside to a specific turbo boot and bam the truck woke up way more
