Eleanor is one of the rudest individuals I've ever dealt with in my entire life and this is on multiple occasions spanning several years. I don't like writing bad reviews unless a business absolutely deserves it, but she hit the ball out of the park for this one. She's been filing a loved ones taxes for several decades now and he recently passed away. On behalf of the family, we called her to get everything squared away and she didn't even CARE! NOT A SINGLE WORD was offered regarding her condolences. We are talking about a customer that paid her for over 30 years!! Long story short , she is the rudest person I have ever spoken to. Besides not caring that a customer of hers for over 30 years had passed, she was only concerned with collecting money and basically held his information at ransom until she was paid a fee. DO NOT EVER HAVE THIS LADY DO YOUR TAXES!!, unless you like being treated like complete garage and paying her to do so! Not a good person, go anywhere but here, seriously. I cannot believe that anybody uses this lady. She needs to retire or find a job that doesn't require her talk to people.

I called to ask if they could help me with my 1099 question and the person was not very gentle. I do not recommend. It is possible the person receives a lot of phone calls and customers actually do not go for the services.

Was planning to go because of the good reviews. But I never went, but just my experience over my phone was horrible. Super rude. I asked if they do walk ins or appointments only. She "asked" if she's ever done my return before but didn't state it as a question. She replied "did you hear what I said" in a bad attitude. She said I'm to rushed and piled up. Like how am I suppose to know that. Just by asking a simple question. Didn't even apologize, just said ok bye.

I've been going to Eleanor since 2009. She's great and fast working and really knows her stuff. She's a straight shooter and while sometimes she comes off abrasive she's easy to talk to for any question you have and readily available everytime I call.

My family and I have been going to Eleanor for our taxes for years! She is very smart and brilliant at what she does. Also very sweet. You will not be disappointed with her work :)
