This dealer accepted my offer on bidbus and I was told that we had reached a mutual agreement on the price. However, when they came to pick up the car, they started negotiating on the spot and promised to waive the commission fee, which led me to agree. But afterwards, they still deducted the commission fee. I feel deceived and when I reached out to them, they did not reply. Do not trust them.

I came across RS Auto Remarketing through a friend. It was the best decision I’ve made. Adnaan was the member that helped me through the process of getting a car. Often times in business, the age objection comes up, as Adnaan is only 21 years old. Let me tell you though, he is a very knowledgeable kid. He understands that in business, it’s about the journey and holding your clients hand. He even told me, “I’m not in the ‘selling cars business’, I’m in the ‘client success business’”. Talking to Adnaan was an amazing experience. If you are thinking of selling a car or buying one, he is your guy!

Sean and his dad were both honest and straight to the point person. I sold my white 2018 4Runner TRD PRO with extremely low miles. They gave me top dollars for it. Even Carmax, Carvana and other company couldn’t match what Sean had offered me. Met up with Sean’s dad at Well’s Fargo in Glendale where he cut me a cashier check and I signed him off my pink slip. He also had the DMV paper work for my personalized plates in order for them to surrender to DMV. Overall great experience with RS Auto Remarketing. Would definitely tell all my friends and family about them and will sell my used vehicle to them in the future. Thank you Sean and RS Auto Remarketing for a smooth transaction.
