Lady at the dressing room with glasses and reddish short hair is very rude. She had an attitude with a young man who just wanted to go to the dressing room. He was very calm and nice and she automatically had an attitude.

I love shopping at Ross stores, it has always been my go-to store for various necessities. The selection is really good and the prices are pretty decent for the most part. They sell men and women's clothing, shoes, handbags, perfume, hair accessories, kitchenware, bathroom items, etc. The employees can be a hit or miss, I personally have not had any major issues with the workers there. This review is mainly about items that I have purchased. I bought a white pleated comforter set. Before using the comforter, I washed it just one time (using the appropriate settings on the washer machine and dryer of course) and the underside of the comforter was no longer soft anymore. It became very coarse and has such a rough texture to it that I cannot use it without a duvet. I tried to use a lint remover/fabric shaver too but it did not work. I am disappointed because the comforter is beautiful, but not soft anymore like I first brought it home :( I had also purchased a contemporary gold metal frame white cushion lounge chair from their furniture collection. I didn't notice there was permanent marker graffiti on part of the gold metal frame of the chair until I got home. I was going to return the chair but I loved it so much and I knew if I returned it, I would probably never see that exact same lounge chair again when I revisit the store in the future. I also thought I could remove the graffiti myself no big deal so I tried several methods to remove it. But alas nothing worked so I had no choice but to purchase gold spray paint to cover up the graffiti. I was a little irritated with that because I had to spend more money than I needed to. Now I am extra cautious when thinking about buying furniture or bedding from Ross just because some of the furniture items do have dents, scratches, and graffiti on them and the bedding sets are not of the highest quality.

This location has the rudest people. Especially the lady in the back by the dressing rooms. Anna V. Extremely rude. She needs to learn how to love her job and smile more.

If I could give 0 stars, I would because my mom and I had the worst experience at this Ross. The cashier, I wanna say her name is something like Marissa. (Started with Mar) had the worst customer service and attitude. My mom was going to give her change but she reaponded so rudely saying just give me the dollar and being the nice person my mom is, she gave her the dollar. It was 61 cents so she said she wants to at least give her a penny so she doesn't get any pennies back, then the rude woman goes no it's okay and rejects her penny and gives her 39 cents back. Excuse me? Who are you to demand how we should be paying. We as customers should have the right to pay however we want. We came out a little stunned and it started really bothering how she treated her so I went back in and asked for her name. She quickly covers her name tag and says I am sorry? And continues to cover her tag. I don't want to bring out the race card but it really seemed like she was taking advantage and looking down because my mom was not fluent in English.Ross, you really need to fire this woman. She also really seemed like she didn't want to be there.

I visited this location today 11/16/23 at 2:45pm. I have never seen the store look so bad. Several items were thrown on the aisle floors, and the shelves were disgraceful. I found too many safety hazards to count. This location needs more employees and a proper maintenance staff. This location used to be such a great store. Hopefully the store can make the proper adjustments and get back on track.

This place always has the best shoe selection of all the Ross stores I've been to. It's pretty well organized and clean. I've been shopping here since 2011 or 2013. I've bought other stuff too like an ottoman, some art/writing supplies, kitchen cutlery, towels and always found everything in good condition. Great store! ????
