We've had our mattress for maybe 8 years now, it's been a long time, and still love it. I'm 61 years old, and always wake up with a sore hip if I spend the night on any other mattress. My hip never ever hurts when I'm home on my REM mattress.

My husband and i saw this bed displayed at The Auto Show at the Convention Center in Honolulu in April this year. We had already bought our daughters adjustable bases / mattresses from a couple of our local bed stores, and had talked about getting us one but really didn't want to spend the money. The sales lady was super nice and before we knew it we were putting a $200 deposit down. We liked that the bed had usb ports for charging our phones / iPads. She threw in 2 sheets sets, mattress covers and 6 pillows!! We had committed to the end of May to pay the additional monies owed, which was something like $5,000. At the end of the month we found out about a change in my husbands job and that we were going to have to move. Stressful time. On May 10th Randy text me to discuss scheduling delivery. I asked him if we canceled would we lose our deposit. He said yes but that we could work out terms. So we spoke on the phone about what the terms would be and I discussed with my husband and he then kept trying to reach randy to let him know what we decided but couldn't reach him. So on May 22nd i texted him that we could afford to pay $2,500 now and the rest on terms. He called me and took my credit card over the phone. Then the next day I got hit with another bombshell that I owed thousands to the state for GE tax that I had been paying at the wrong rate for years without knowing. I text randy what happened and asked if we could cancel and get refunded. He called me and said he'd make me a deal that if I paid another $1000 he'd forgive the rest of the balance due. I was very grateful. He said our bed would be delivered mid June. Mid June came and went and no call, text, email. On July 2nd I text him asking for an update. He did not ever call me back. My husband tried and eventually they connected and Randy told him it was held up in customs and it wouldn't be able to be delivered until next week. So on the scheduled day and 4 hour time window we took apart our old bed and put it outside to make room. No delivery and no call or anything. My husband text him and he said oh I'm sorry I thought we called everybody but we can't deliver today because we couldn't get to the container in time. He rescheduled us for August 3rd. So we got a bed but it doesn't have USB ports so im thinking he gave us a lesser model because of the discount he gave me. There were also no pillows. I texted him a week later and said we didn't get any pillows but I haven't heard back. I'm disappointed in the whole thing , very poor customer service and misleading product representation.

I purchased the Martinique model and it was delivered 10 days ago and did not fit on my California king platform with drawers underneath. In order to not cause additional stress to my husband who has cancer I elected to have the platform and drawers removed from my home. This bedroom set was very very expensive so I was not completely thrilled because we talked about this at length when we made the purchase. Unfortunately the sheets and pillows were not with the bed and I am still waiting for them and the owner Randy told me they would be here last Friday or today at the very latest. Today I made the mistake of taking the day off thinking they would come and then ended up texting the fellows who sold it to us, Daniel and John with guess what?? No response whatsoever from either one. Because this is a California king with split mattresses I do not think I can just go buy sheets to fit or I absolutely would have done so by now. At this point I question the work ethic and professionalism of this company. At this point I am just super sorry that I even gave them my money! Feeling pretty scammed!

I ordered two Kingsized REN adjustable beds 8 weeks ago. I was told they should arrive in 4 to 6 weeks. At 5 weeks, I called and Randy told me that the beds had arrived and they could be be delivered the next week. I had not received the sheets so he said he would call and find out why they had not been delivered. I waited until Thursday and of the 6th week and told Randy to delivered the beds anyway. They did not arrive until Saturday the next week. And then only the bottom part arrived. It was only then that Randy told me that the Mattresses were stuck in the snow storm east of Colorado Springs. I must admit that I was very angry by then and yelled at Randy until I learned that it was because of the storm. He did finally have someone bring the bottom out for one bed which the man, by himself, set up downstairs but he could not get the bases for the upstairs bed up the stairs by himself. He did not return for 2 days and I could not put my car in the garage all that time (4 days). Day before yesterday, I apologized to Randy for yelling at him. He called later and said that he had arranged for someone to deliver the mattresses last night if he could get the rest of his delivers done early enough. It is now 1430 and I still don't have my beds. One would think that as long as I had waited for my beds they should have been delivered the first thing yesterday morning. NO!! One would think that they would be put on the list FIRST for delivery today. NO! I told Randy I wouldn't report this because he didn't cause the delay because of the storm. BUT, the service I have received has been unquestionably the worst I have ever had from any company with which I have been associated. As you can tell, my ire has risen again. As for the beds, HELL, I can't write a review because I have been sleeping on a used bed for 3 weeks. I don't know who does the scheduling but some needs to be responsible for such poor response.

I've had this bed for over 4 years now and I don't want to sound overly dramatic, but it changed my life! I have never slept better and I don't like staying at even the nicest hotels because I'm away from my bed. The split king is ideal because my wife and I can adjust the way we want. I didn't care for the pillows that came with the bed as they were a little too firm. I haven't had to use the warranty yet, but if they stand by their products, ordering REM Sleep Solutions mattress is a no brainer.

This review is in reference to one I wrote recently stating that I could not get a return phone call from anyone. I recently heard from Randy and he apologized and that they were working on their customer service problems. He said he would take care of shipping my missing items and I did receive them. I hope they take care of their customer service issues as their beds are great.

Customer service is terrible. If they call me back at all it is weeks and even months after my call to them. I have had this bed for almost a year now. That means I have not had a good night sleep in almost a year. Each time they have attempted to "resolve" the problem, it has been made worse. I have come to the conclusion I will need to eat my loss $5250.00!!!!!!!! and purchase a new bed in order to get a restful night sleep. I can only hope my review will stop someone else from wasting their money.

John, Daniel and Joel were very informative about the rem beds. They are actually the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. Would highly recommend, not to mention the massage unit build in with a USB attachment. Best purchase we ever made.

We purchase our Martinique adjustable bed June 2011. We purchased the split California King. It is the best bed I have ever purchased. Money well spent. Four days after the arrival of my bed, my back went out. This bed was a lifesaver then and is still one now. If you suffer from back pain and purchase this bed, you put it on "gravity" free, sleep on your back and you will get the best nights sleep you ever had. Also, when my husband snores, I raise his head a little and he stops snoring. He never wakes up as I raise him. This bed is good if you have Acid Reflux also.

These beds are a great product. They are very soft yet provide great support for your back. The salesman was great. He was very patient and let me lay on each bed for as long as I needed to make my decision. I would recommend the store and the beds to anyone who wants a more comfortable and restful sleep.
