I don’t know where to begin website pictures absolutely do not match the actual room.Thermostat,fridge.and microwave did not work.Did not clean room only put a few towels in the room when we asked for more we were told they didn’t have any even though there was only a few guest.

This place was the worst place i could ever been in. My children were so itchy all over the place in the beds. My wife was not able to sleep either was i this bed had a lot of itchy ness and the white sheets were so hard and i found a PEICE OF HAIR IN HERE.I was so disgusted by the place.When we first got here i had a bad feeling about the place and the outside ALSO the FLOOR WAS SO DIRTY i could not walk in it. The location around it i would not be able to have peace in here my children were terrified from the place we where in we stay there for 1 night WE PROBABLY DIDN'T EVEN MAKE IT THROUGH ONE NIGHT. The elevator was so nasty ??. There was a towl on the floor with dirtyness ????. Then the floors on the second floor was so nasty with black mold. THEN WE FOUND A PEICE OF beanbag!!!! ?? CLEAN YOUR ROOMS which brings me to my next disappointment THE SHOWER HSD STRAIGHT MOLD ON IT THEN I COULDN'T SHOWER AT LEAST ONE DAY. Would not recommend.....

The AC/Heater can only be changed inside the unit by maintenance staff. If it's Winter,and you're too hot; the only option is to open the front door to the public walkway. Windows don't open.The water pressure out of the faucet was a trickle at best.I thought I was checking into a nice hotel. It turned out more like staying in a 50 year old apartment with issues.

The pictures of this hotel deceived us. We walk in and are unpleasantly surprised by no towels in room. Go up to front desk and as they are handing another group towels, we are being told by the reception we get that they don’t do that! As well, we booked a room for 5 people (2 queen 1 pullout sofa) but they refused to give us pillows and blankets for pullout- if you saw the state of the pullout you’d want 5 sheet’s between you and that mattress- needless to say my son opted to just sleep on the sofa. Another point to make as someone who works in customer service… no matter how much someone may be being a “prick” to you, a general manager is there to figure out why that “prick” is upset… not call them names. We were actually in disbelief at our treatment. I mean I can totally understand that this place is low cost but let’s be real I could have stayed in a motel and been happier as at least I know what I’m getting- So.. after all this- we decided to make the best of our night and jump in the jacuzzi- go get in, it’s possibly lukewarm at best, won’t turn on- there’s a hospital bracelet floating in the water. Just beyond a joke by then. To top it off, in am when pulling bedding we discovered socks in bed sheets… and they weren’t ours…. Cringe!Nearby activities: Literally a block from Knotts Berry Farm

We use to stay here all the time when we came to town. I will never stay again. We check in and are told we have to leave a $150.00 deposit keep in mind my night stay was less them that. Half the hotel is being redone and we get to our room clear at the back of the hotel. The room was cold and smelled. I went to check the thermostat and it was broke and reading the room was 104 degrees. Room was gross and dirty. In the middle of the floor when we walked in was one of those floss pics and it had been used. How do you miss that? The TV in the bedroom was going out, color was horrible. The next morning my husband and got ready and I was half dressed and 2 workmen just open our rooms door. Thank God my husband was standing there they closed the door quick. What happened to knocking first or see if we checked out. Not even oh, were sorry. We could not get out of there fast enough.

Passing through the city and decided to stay here for one night.Pros- conveniently located walking distance to Knots Berry FarmExtra Large roomComfortable bedWater pressure was goodCustomer Service was greatWe did have some issues but the front desk responded and resolved them quickly.Con’s- the room itself needs some repairThe entire property looks like it getting renovatedDust here and there in the roomProbably needs to be deep cleanedThe AC was difficult to shut offNot enough blankets considering I wasn’t able to turn the heater on.Check in and out was a breeze! Customer service was very good, they were happy to help and recommendations in the area.Most likely to stay there again.

This a great place to stay! I was VERY hesitant at first to stay because of all of the reviews I saw, but GENUINELY it is VERY nice. Whatever review problems you see, they are being fixed or already done. It is VERY clean, the AC worked AMAZING, it just took a second for it to kick in since they have it off before someone entering the room. The water was hot when showering, the pool is calm/relaxing. The atmosphere was beautiful, especially at night with all of the lights. Not just that, if you’re staying here SPECIFICALLY for Knottsberry, GET IT! It is WALKING DISTANCE!!! The staff is understanding and will do the best they can to fix anything or any problems that you may have.

When you first walk in , it seems like a great hotel. I checked in and went to the room while my other guests grabbed the bags. We were put into room #104. We turned on the AC and immediately smelled mold. We looked everywhere and there was mold in the vents and the tub. Mind you I have 3 kiddos my youngest is 9 months. We went to complain and they said they would come look at it , to see if housekeeping could just clean it. We were in there for about 30ish minutes before the manager came and looked. It was bad so we were placed in a different room. No smell of mold but still was not clean. Floors were nasty , drawers were gross and someone had left clothes behind. We were only there for 2 nights but I will not be going back. The manager had asked to speak about my experience at check out and he wasn’t even there. I told the lady that was at the desk to have him call me. It’s been 24hrs still have not heard from him. I left with a sore throat and a headache that lasted all weekend. Make sure you check the rooms and turn the air on before anything.Rooms: Check everywhere.Safety: Putting someone in a moldy room is dangerous especially when they have kids. Young ones at that.

DONT STAY HERE!! If I could give NEGATIVE 5 stars, I would! By far the WORSE hotel and service I've ever experienced! Checked into the hotel, was provided a room that the AC was leaking water and did not work! The room felt like a sauna! It smelled really bad and the majority of the lamps were torn. I went to the lobby to ask about switching rooms, the receptionist apologized and said they were booked, and maintenance was not there anymore. I was forced to cancel and go find another hotel at 10:30 PM at night, with my family. In the morning I called to talk to a manager and he said the receptionist listed on her notes that she offered me another room, and that they had 3 available!!!! Biggest LIE EVER!! The receptionist clearly told me and my 18 year old son who was standing next to me, that they were booked! Now they don't want to refund me, and I didn't even stay there because of the circumstances.

Stayed at this hotel because it was able to accommodate our family of 6, and is within walking distance from Knott's. We stayed for 2 nights in a suite with 2 full size beds and a pullout couch.Pros:Great location, about a 5 min walk to/from Knott's.Beds were pretty firm but definitely sleepable.Staff was kind and even let us stay parked in the parking lot after checking out while we went out to Knott's.Room was fairly clean and had working AC.Hot water worked for the shower.Great pricing considering location and room size.Pretty courtyard.Cons:Old building, but I think the hotel is attempting to update it.AC was set at 59°F and we couldn't change it. We slept through it the first night and we were all freezing cold. We had to ask the front desk multiple times before maintenance came and fixed it.Lights flickered in the bathroom and the ventilation was covered in dust.Towels had stains on them.My bed sheets had blood stains on them (not from me) and comforter had what seemed to be makeup stains on it. Leads me to believe that housekeeping doesn't change/wash sheets between guests very often.There were no sheets or blankets provided for the pullout couch and we had to go down to the front desk and ask for them ourselves.Room phone just straight up did not work.Walls and ceiling seem to be very thin. We could hear a lot from upstairs and outside.One tiny trash can for the whole room.Overall it was a fine experience. But honestly I would recommend just putting in the extra money and finding a nicer place to stay. The thought that the sheets might not be changed between guests alone though makes me not want to stay here again.
