Thank you Jesus for making online communication super easy it is very hard out there in getting the questions answered in a timely matter but you were quick in reaching out to me and Emmanuel (Manny) for your assistance in purchasing our F150. You were very helpful, made it so easy and listened to "our" needs in making it happen. I am going to recommend Ken Grody to my family and friends. I definitely appreciate the experience. Let's just say this is my first Ford I've EVER owned and by the VIP treatment I received from Mohammed and Francisco I may be a forever customer of Ken Grody and a fan of Ford for life! We will see how good they continue their excellent customer service and how beautifully my new 2023 Ford Bronco rides til I want something different. There were a couple hiccups during the process but they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and I drove out of there with an even better deal than what my credit union had offered us. Which made the payments lower even with the added assurance of the 6yr premium warranty and gap insurance. I truly was grateful and appreciative of all the favor I received from the team at Ken Grody. I highly recommend this Ford dealership!

So first off I must say I DID not expect to buy a new car or talk about purchasing a new car. All I wanted was to appraise my car and see what options I had in case I wanted to buy something in the future. I got into contact with Aidan online and asked him ONE THOUSAND questions. He has the most patience and let me know that whenever I had time I could schedule an appointment with him to stop by and appraise my car. A week later I finally had the chance to stop by but!!The initial visit did not go as smoothly, I was able to appraise my car but my questions about possibly buying a new car were not answered and I didn't receive that great customer service I know they have. So I left but received a call shortly after questioning how my visit was and if everything worked out for me. I was honest and let them know exactly how my visit was. Their manager Channa, was very genuine and really seemed to care about my visit and let me know that if I were to visit again he would do everything in his power to answer all my questions about a new car and help me find something right for me. I returned the next day very early and he took time from his meeting to made sure I was taken care of and got to examine cars and have my questions answered. My heart always leaned towards mustangs and he knew that so he had me work with the amazing Julio to see if the new mustang would be a fit for me or help me consider other options. After test driving and going back and forth between car options I finally chose my new Mustang! Julio and Channa both worked really hard on finding a good payment plan for me and answered all my questions about the car. I was so thrilled at the fact that I was able to walk away not only with a new car but a new mustang ! Thank you again to Channa and Julio!

Anthony Raymondo, Ole and Eddie took such amazing care of me. I have been going to this dealership for over 13 years, not only is the service consistent, but I sincerely trust the team and know I am in good hands. Over the years my financial situation has fluctuated, but their willingness and ability to help me get a reliable vehicle hasn't. Their service with my most recent purchase on Nov 1st, hands down made me feel as if I was buying a 100k car, well no :) but it was my dream car for 22k. They reached out to me and worked around my work schedule, had all the documents ready to be signed so that process took a manner of minutes, processed my down payment over the phone, the vehicle was delivered to me bc they were transferring it from their Redlands location, and my trade in was driven away so my new cutie could just park right in the garage. I have heard horror stories about dealerships- the haggling, all the markups, add ones for this and that- but as I stated I have only worked specifically with Anthony at Ken Grody since I stopped buying cars off Craigslist as a teen and I will continue to give them my business and referrals. I am so so happy with my experience at Ken Grody Ford. I worked with Daisy. The Bronco has always been my dream car. She was able to find the perfect one for me and my family! It has all of the features I was looking for. She was super patient with me. The manager Frank was able to get me approved at the payment I wanted. There wasn't a lot of back and forth. That made me so relieved. I would definitely recommend Ken Grody Ford if you're looking for a Bronco. They also have a lot more to choose from compared to the other stores I had gone to. Make sure to ask for Daisy!

Came to Ken Grody Ford and was met by a lovely sales rep. Daisy showed me around a couple of models I was interested in. Though they didn't have the vehicle specs I was looking for, she took my name, number and I even wrote down the specs I was looking for in a truck and considered my budget.2 day's later she called me back stating they just acquired a truck with my desired specifications. Uncertain how it would go, I decided to take a look at what they brought to the lot. It was love at first sight! Daisy and my finance rep Francisco, were very patient, courteous and kind with me as I essentially started this purchase over the phone and finalized it in the office a week later.With bumps, obstacles in my path due to family circumstance, Daisy and Francisco gave me the time needed to complete this sale. Thank you so much for an amazing experience.I do sincerely appreciate you both very much.

We had been looking for a new car for a while and landed ourselves at this place by mere chance. Not only was the service fantastic from start to finish, it was such a breath of fresh air to see an actual involved owner there on the property and a no frills car business. Our experience was a headache and a half before going there. I know the salesmen have to make a buck, but saying let me go talk to my manager and go to the restroom and come back and say oh he didn't agree. When we watched your every movement was hilarious. To text messages galore and then ignoring. Our texts responses for days. These were well knows businesses too! So Ken Grody Ford did not beat around the bush about anything. They actually called our credit union in front of us and we got the best deal they both could help us with. Julio & Luis we're both fantastic gentlemen to work with and when in need of another vehicle, we will definitely come back to Ken Grody. Now as far as the facility itself.. beautiful and just very welcoming! In fact I had a migraine and they offered to go pick me up coffee or tea from the local Starbucks even before they knew I was going to buy a car there. Or maybe they did know lol either way.. all around A+ service!

I wanted to leave a review for KG Custom. I just purchased my bronco and went to see if I can get some help with some upgrades. John Carlos helped me and made sure that my bronco was well taken care of. The service provided was excellent and wished there were more places like KG Custom . I will definitely be coming back to see JC and fish the build.

I figured since KG has their own line of custom trucks that I could trust them to install powered side steps on my F150. I made an appointment to have them installed and was told by Austin that if I bring my truck in between 7am-8am they would have it completed the same day. I dropped my truck off as instructed and received a phone call from JC at 10:30am asking if I was going to bring my truck in. I informed him that I dropped it off at 7:30am and asked him if it would be completed the same day. He informed me it would not be complete until the following day. If you like to be lied to go to KG Customs at Ken Grody Ford.

Worst service writers I've ever had to deal with. My truck has been in twice in about a 2 month span for turbo related issues. Serv writer is a terrible communicator returns calls a day later or his go to answer is let me talk to my tech & I'll call you back with the same BS from a week ago. Never again will I take my vehicle there for any work!!!
