William was a delight to interact with. He was very thorough in reiterating what I tried explaining to him of what I felt needed to be checked. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. William was considerate and took his time with me regarding questions I had or requests. I received voicemails as well as texts to keep me updated on the status of my vehicle. I am pleasantly surprised with my VIP car wash and how well my vehicle feels now since it has been serviced. I give my trust into Premeier Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Buena Park service department. I purchased my Dodge Durango there and have it serviced there. Thank you.

I had my 2015 Jeep Rubicon in twice to Buena Park now for full replacements on major engine pieces. This is the second time in two years I have had it in for a full thermostat housing replacements. I have put maybe 12k miles on in two years. I have 60k miles total and the engine continues to break down. I had it towed to Buena Park Jeep when it died this time and they charged me $1902 for 7.5 hours of labor. That is over $253/Hr. I was told on the phone after we paid, not before that their regular rate is $275 an hour. Just to put this in perspective that is $528K per year.
According to Ziprecruiter.com, the average hourly wage for Jeep mechanic in California is $23.48/Hr. That is about $229 less an hour than I was charged. Apparently, I should have been a Jeep mechanic in Buena Park.

Wait 5.5hrs for an oil change from 11:30am to 5pm. Service advisor disappeared. Almost pass out because my blood sugar dropped real low. Have to go to the counter and get help from another advisor because the store were closing.
