Randy in service \\u003d No Service. Premier \\u003d liars and waste of time Took my 2023 company car in for a check engine light. Under warranty. Randy said he would have an update in 5 days. After 9 days I called Randy, who put me on hold and said the engine light wasn't on anymore. Now anyone who knows anything about cars knows that just because the light is off, doesn't mean the code is cleared. I told him I understood if the car sat, the outward engine trouble might not be happening, and to keep it for a few more days. Into week 3, Randy said they took the car on 10min test drives every day and the light's not coming back on. Obviously they weren't interested in fixing the problem, or assumed I knew nothing about cars and would believe \\\"oh the light is off so the problem is gone!\\\" When I got the car back, I saw they only put 15 miles more.on the odometer. Oh and sending me the Serius radio thing just so you can get paid was a nice touch (Note this is sarcasm( Since then I went to Delillo and my car was fixed in 5 days.

I Purchased not one but two trucks from Tricia this year after the first one was sadly totaled. She worked hard to find me the same truck and made the process so quick and easy each time. I'll be buying my vehicles and sending all referrals to her from now on, thank you Tricia!!

If you're going to buy a car here make sure you go see Derrick. He's very professional, keeps you informed on what is going on and is truly there to get the customer the best deal he can. He's not pushy at all like your typical car salesman. He was patient and respectful throughout our visit at the dealership

I took my 2005 Chevy Silverado into Premier Chevrolet dealership on 4/13/23 for some engine issues and when I got the truck back 4/29/23 after spending $2500 in repairs I noticed the plastic floor board on the driver side was cracked. I text the service advisor Stephen Serrano advised of damage done at the dealership with photos and he requested that I email him the photos. I emailed him the photos of the damages. I was contacted by a Sandra, she advised me she would send a text so I could forward the photos. I received no text from Sandra. I have emailed and left messages and have been ghosted by these employees with no customer service or the courtesy of a return phone call or response to emails. They really pushed hard for a 5 star rating immediately after I picked up my truck, which I gave but now the lack of customer service, this is a 1 star shop.

ZEROS!! The service advisor is incompetent and lazy. Clearly they don't want to make money. How hard is it to get pricing for labor and parts for a job.Freaking idiots. You will never get my business...ever! Lazy and Incompetent.

I'm so sick of this place. A couple years back the regulator failed on my car. It's a known issue with my model. Bought the part from them and asked the service dept. how much it would be to install it. I kid you not, he quoted over $800. I went to a car glass place and they did it for $75. Flash forward to yesterday. My Volt had a "service high voltage charging system" error. I needed to get the software reflashed. Made an appointment online and even put the bulletin number in the comments of the appointment. I showed up for my appointment and the guy at the service desk told me there were no technicians to diagnose the issue and I'd need to leave my car for five days. Are you kidding? I'm mad because all of my contact info was given to them, the bulletin number was in the comments that breaks down the issue, and they didn't have the courtesy to give me a heads up. They wonder why people call them "stealerships" and talk badly about all dealerships. This is why.

We purchased a new Chevy Tahoe 23' with the help of sales lady Daisy and finance rep Richard. Daisy was very helpful from the beginning with communication and answering all of my questions and needs. She was patient, helpful, and understanding throughout the whole process. We are very pleased with our purchase and was able to negotiate for MSRP and NOT the dealers price.

I was very impressed with the stellar customer service and support I received from Tricia Wohler during my purchasing experience. I would very much recommend purchasing a vehicle from Premier as I had very comfortable experience due to Tricia being very knowledgeable and professional. I had a few other options and dealers I was inquiring for a new vehicle; however, due to the experience Tricia Wohler provided at Premier, convinced me due to her over all professionalism, knowledge and common sense, convinced me in a positive manner to purchase the vehicle. My truck with 8000 miles sat in the service department without them touching it. No updates or communication from the service department. Their excuse is they are too busy. A month to diagnose a vehicle and they were too busy. Pathetic.

I stopped by Chevy dealer in Buena Park today. I was so curious about 2023 new EV bolt premier. I never drove the American car in life so I was not positive even EV by Chevy. When I searched for the EV, the reviews about the bolt 2023 were great.Someone named Sebastián helped us to look at the inside the bolt premier, I drove the car little bit at the parking.I liked it. The options are pretty high, plus markup $3,000, and etc.I want to test drive one more time to make a decision but I am not sure why the dealer charges more markup this year.Overall, I had a good service thanks to him.I am expecting more deals w better options. Markup???? Why????, No discount for the CASH deal???

I have a plan to buy a new EV so I stopped by the Chevy dealer in Buena Park.I wanted to check the new 2023 Bolt EUV premier.The sales person showed me 2023 Bolt EUV, a black exterior, black interior w premier full options.It looked awesome. The millage is great w full charge. However, I didn't like the transmission gear, which is pull button style instead of push button or dial type.Not comfortable for me to pull the gear to drive, park, and reverse.And they charge more markup $3,000.How come???I got so excited about the new 2023 Bolt premier compared to Tesla. They have great warranty for the battery. But I need better deal w discount not the markup.
