I didn't expect much, but these guys outdid themselves. I bought a used Bolt. The car had a minor dent and a missing inflator kit. I also paid for an upgrade to leather seats, so Carlos, the salesperson, promised to fix the dent and add the inflator kit when the new seat was installed. I was naïve and believed him. Then, after cashing my check, they disappeared completely. It took weeks for them to pick up the car. Then, what was supposed to be a 48-hour turnover became an eight-day ordeal. At no point did they ever call me back. Without my nagging, I would never get the car back. Today, they finally returned the car. The dent is still very much visible, the seats are not great (the craftmanship is mediocre at best), and the tire inflator is nowhere to be found. Now I'll have to chase them again for the inflator kit! It's the worst dealership ever!

I took my C8 Corvette to Primier to have the oil changed and a few other things looked at, ( I left the PDR on and I'm glad I did ). After the oil change the machanic asked his coworker if he wanted to go for a fast ride. They hit speeds over 80 MPH and blew through stop signs and red lights meanwhile joking about the other issues I was having with the car that they never repaired. I called the owner several times he would not respond. I went to the dealer and handed him the PDR and asked if this was normal prosedure, he didnt seem concerned infact he laughted. Two weeks later he responded to say it wasen't that bad and to return the vehicle and he will personally over see the repairs, he didn't want to loose my business. I returned the car to order parts meanwhile I brought the car home. Steven the service advisor did not keep me informed , after several phone calls weeks later I went back to the dealer to find Steven hiding from me. Another service advisor said the parts had been there for over a week and a half. So much for over seeing the repairs ( that was it for me). How many other customers has this happened to without them knowing. I will never return to Primier Chevrolet nor refer them again. BE CAREFUL WHO YOU TRUST

Would come here again dealer was very helpful even though GM Financial could have done better to help me with my loan. However the bank should not reflect what the dealership did which is why I gave them 5 stars.

I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Service was great. My car was ready right at the time where they quoted me it would be ready.

The worst service ever. I took my truck in to have the radio reprogrammed because onstar was showing the wrong serial number. They had my truck a week and would not answer my phone calls. They put me on hold for a hour twice and hung up on me 5 different times. I don’t understand I never spoke with anyone at any time so I went to pick up my truck and no apology or anything just here’s your key bye. Never take your vehicle here for service. The worst service I have ever dealt with.

Customer service was great. Except my coupon, was for rotating the tires. That wasn't done. The other, I was offered a truck. That wasn't done.

Update 08/31/24: The manager I was working with (Mike) had me set up with a second car , same trim but in a color I did not prefer, he said he would sell it to me at the same price since the first car did not qualify for the rebate. I was interested in the offer contingent on the vehicle being in the same condition, so he gave me a ride back to the dealership this morning, however more issues arose today when the second car had a pit in the windshield and a light on the dash was on, I was told it is a charging system error and that they will need their “master tech” to look at it but he is out for the holiday until Tuesday (09/03/24) so I am now on my way home for the second day in a row WITHOUT A VEHICLE. I have now spent 10+ hours and traveled over 250 miles, and I have nothing to show for it. On top of this Mike tried to increase the price on me, and I had to correct it myself. My experience with this dealership so far has been very frustrating and honestly baffling. The last thing I will add is that the salesperson working with me (Derrick) has been nothing but helpful and understanding for the entire process, if he was the decision maker on the deal I believe this review would likely have been a 5 star and I would be going home in the car I wanted in my first visit.
Original Review 08/30/24: All of these reviews are talking about service being bad here but it's also bad in sales! I called and locked in a deal for a Bolt EV, letting the sales manager I was working with know that I would be taking a $100 Uber to pick up this car, and he told me I'd get the used EV rebate, I get to the dealership and test drive and it was an awesome car I wanted to buy it but the manager says the rebate got rejected. He definitely should have checked this information before I paid a hundred bucks to and spent an hour and a half to get me there, this is completely unacceptable and the entire experience was a waste of my time and money. STEER CLEAR!

Won't honor what they send on their email specials. You have to pay other products which brings back the price to almost another 5k ridiculous. If your going to advertised a product for a Silverado custom for $35,130 make sure there are no other hidden charges.
