Costa Mesa planet fitness is in need of repairs . There is an out of service shower because there's no shower head and 1 of the 3 sinks does not work. I've reached out to the staff about this but they don't seem to care less

For 2 months the hot water boiler and the men's bathroom (toilet) served only one flashing well and the other sometimes.
