Today took in my AG 32 bc Friday it stopped charging example my cord wouldn't stay in I called the guy called me back said to bring it in!! A lady was there & she looked at it got to charge sold me a charger for my phone now it chargers I didn't get her name bu5 she wa an Angel Thank you My Hero phone repair y'all are greeeeeaaaaat

I visited several phone repair businesses within the Anaheim/Buena Park areas to compare prices. MyPhone Hero was the least expensive ($50 less) than the other companies. Grace/Chris were honest and professional. Chris was awesome, after examine the phone, it was discovered the screen protector was cracked not the phone screen, YES!. He also offered to put the replacement screen protector on my phone. I highly recommend anyone that needs their phone repaired, this is the place to visit, professionally and ecommonically.

I unfortunately wasn't able to use this service only because it was further from my house than expected however, the quick responses and questions the company asked was above and beyond my expectations. Even after I explained I couldn't use them, they were gracious. Most companies don't bother these days but this company clearly cares

Stopped by without an appointment and was ready in 20 minutes as promised. We had an old iPhone that would no longer charge. Port cleaned and problem solved, all for a reasonable fee.

I had my iPhone 14 Plus screen repaired here. It was very expensive compared to other people that have done it to my other iPhones in the past. I was overcharged and he also broke a part of a sensor on my Apple iPhone. He fixed both. He didn't charge me for the broken part he damaged, but in my Apple settings, a WARNING came up, saying that he didn't use authentic Apple parts, and that these parts can basically make your phone not work as well or malfunction. Now my phones screen freezes, shakes and does all sorts of weird things that the phone never did before. This iPhone 14 Plus is only a couple months old and I bought it brand new from Metro/T-Mobile. The technician said he was using "genuine" Apple parts, but he didn't! He lied to me. I want my money that I paid for the whole phone paid back to me since you broke the phone. The phone cost $1199 plus tax and I'd also like the $170 back for the screen you broke. Any braking a sensor? Might be a good idea. You don't work on any kind of phone because it doesn't seem like you know what you're doing. This is Breach ofContract Issue. Being dishonest to ANY customer is a terrible thing. You should contact me as soon as possible. You have my number. If not paying for the full price of the phone and the repair price you charged me I will be forced to go to small claims court and retrieved the money you owe me. I will also report you and your company to the Better Business Bureau as well to the department of consumer affairs. DO NOT GET YOUR DEVICES REPAIRED HERE! if it's happened to me, it's happened to more than one person that's for sure!!!!

Great place to do business and get your phone fixed. Took my iPhone to get its screen replaced and MyHero fixed it in an hour. Also affordable price and honest with everything. Glad I found them. It's right across from Walmart. Come do business with them.

Don't normally write reviews unless there is something exceptional (Good or Bad) about an experience, and this experience qualifies... Now that it has been more than 6 months... I have two 1st Gen iPhone SEs with identical applications, accessories and updates installed. As the phones are quite old by todays standards, the battery went dead on one, and within 2 weeks started dying on the other. The first phone I took to Apple... having to setup an appointment, waiting for nearly 4 hours window shopping in a mall, and then having to restore the phone when I got home because the Apple Store wiped the phone to test it after the repair... needless to say, I was not really impressed with the Apple Experience!!! After getting the first phone back from Apple, the second phone started having issues intermittently turning off, and taking several reboots to get to the home screen. I called MyPhoneHero to tell them what the phone was doing, and told them about the recent change in the now working phone (I was anticipating being told the battery was not available.). I just wanted a new battery, and if it does not work I would probably just buy a new phone... He was very patient listening to my defensive attitude and then assured me that they could replace the battery. I was relieved, and then felt guilty for being so defensive. Walked-in to the small, but welcoming store, and demoed the phone since it was stuck in it's reboot cycle when pressing the home button. Again, reiterated I just wanted the battery replaced, and would be more than happy to pay for the repair (especially since it was $10 cheaper than apple and was less than a meal at a local diner.) , he mentioned that it might not fix the problem, and that the battery case may be causing the internal battery to overheat. We removed the case, and it did boot, but the battery health was less than 50%, so I still wanted the battery replace. We left the phone with the tech and told him we would go get something to eat and come back (he stated it would be less than an hour). On return the phone functioned perfectly... Turned it off, then on, and it booted fine. Did it a second time just to be sure... No problem. AND all my apps were still there! He showed me the old battery and it was literally melted... amazed the phone even lit the screen before, happily paid them and continued my day. It has been close to 8 months, and the battery health is still at 100% and have had zero issues! I can not recommend MyPhoneHero enough. The entire experience has been way beyond my expectations, and I will bring all my mobile devices to them. I have had multiple mobile devices repaired in the past, and have used OEM, and several mobile repair shops previously on several devices. MyPhoneHero is a stellar example on how customer service and business in general should operate. If you need a mobile device repaired, look no further, and feel confident in your decision! (And for the skeptics... NO, I am in no way affiliated with this business. I am just that happy with the services I received!)
