I came to Monica with terrible state of business taxes..late and overall just unorganized. During the pandemic it was more than difficult to find good tax help. Monica took me on right of way and was working on our multiple issues since the beginning. She was thorough. Asked lots and lots of questions for our benefit and overall just have superb work ethic. It's been amazing working with her and just over all grateful that she has gotten us to compliance... and is now preparing us for next year ! Thanks again Monica ! You are a life saver ! Very professional, quick to answer all of my calls, texts and emails. She is very thorough and goes through documents with a fine tooth comb. She advised me in areas that I did not know existed to me and ensure my greatest refund. I will have her amend my taxes (which I have never done before), and will continue to work with Ms. Ji from here on out concerning my taxes. Her work ethics are unmatched. Her counsel regarding my year's worth of earnings has been an eye opener in terms of how much more I should care about filing my taxes. This was my second year with Monica and she has been so helpful when it comes to taxes. I just gave her all the paper work she needed and she does the rest. Easy and efficient. You know when you find that barber who cuts your hair EXACTLY how you wanted it??? Monica is THAT barber, except she is in fact a CPA. She has the patience of a Saint and the professionalism and courtesy unmatched by any other. Skip out on Turbo tax or other CPAs who are looking to make a profit from you. Monica will do everything she can to get you the most out of your tax return. At long last, I have found THE CPA to go to. You won't be disappointed.

I switched my CPA over to Monica after finding out how much I can save in taxes with her tax planning skills and knowledge. She was very patient to answer all my questions in detail until I was satisfied. She reviewed and amended 3 prior years of my tax returns and got me a refund of $3000, which was a total surprise! I would never have known that I overpaid my taxes if it wasn't for her! I was highly impressed with her knowledge and accuracy.
