I made an appointment for the vaccine shot I needed at a location 40 minutes away from me on the website. However, when I called to make sure they had the vaccine in stock, the answering machine said they did not provide the shot. Good thing I called, or I would have wasted so much time. I still don't understand why they would allow you to make an appointment for a service they don't provide.

Beyond terrible experience , they should not be working there as nurses . Both people encountered seemed very disrespectful , rushing you at every avenue , stay far from this location as possible .

Absolutely the worst service ever. The woman checking in patients is extremely rude and disrespectful. She denied me seeing a doctor. Under the Civil Rights Act of 1964, it is illegal for a healthcare provider to deny a patient treatment based on the patient’s age, sex, race, sexual orientation, religion, or national origin. I was paying with cash since she didn’t want to take my medical insurance card.

CAME HERE 09/11/2023 the nurse working at this location at this time was extremely unprofessional and RUDE! Treated us so poorly. Not the RN but the check in nurse with tattoos. If you are in this profesión treat the patients with respect and professionalism. If you don’t like your job then maybe don’t do this for A living screaming the names out, throwing things I just couldn’t believe it. Please do yourself a favor and don’t go here!!!

Janis, the nurse practitioner was amazing! She answered all my questions as I was very confused about what vaccines and immunizations to get for an upcoming trip. She was honest and really showed her good patient, chair-side manner. She alone will convince me to come back to this minute clinic!

I am so impressed with this urgent care clinic I cannot say enough positive things about it. I have taken my elderly mother here 3 times in the last 2 weeks and each visit she was handled with care and professionalism. We have been to this clinic for treatment of Covid, wound care, UTI, and ear wax removal. Each visit I got an appointment on the same day and she was treated. I have been so impressed with the staff and the quality of service my mom has experienced at this facility.

April 2023 by 780 Credit In 7 Days
I have a severe earache in my right ear caused by wax buildup, and the pain was a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10. On April 29, 2023, I scheduled an appointment at 4:50 PM. I arrived here for my scheduled ear lavage, and immediately I was rudely accosted by two females as they led me into a room and interrogated me about my yesterday's doctor appointment that nothing to do with this issue! They used that To avoid doing my ear lavage, they started arguing with me and making up all kinds of excuses. I had terrible treatment here. There was no ear lavage performed, and all I received was a prescription for some drops. If they treat you bad I recommend you file a complaint with California State Board of Pharmacy. Don't tolerate their horrible treatment. We pay too much for insurance and doctor fees to get treated badly.

Disappointed with the patient treatment I get. Visited clinic for sore throat a couple days ago. When I first got there in the morning this guy was talking to the NP from her door, did not acknowledge I was there for the first 10 minutes had to tell him hello?.. I told him I was there cuz I had sore throat he immediately assumed I had covid he seemed terrified, but he was not very helpful. He immediately referred me to another clinic I told him I'm not familiar with the area he gladly gave me the info. and encourage me to go there. I told him I was feeling fine it was just a sore throat he said "could be covid" I sign in the computer to be seen that morning no one was there but had to wait for an appointment so he whispered to the NP in her office and she answered "that's okay I can see her" so it turns out my documents or not accurate and went to the other clinic close by. The NP came out of the office, kind and helpful however, the guy not sure who he is or what he's doing there shouldn't work in a medical site.. I'm so glad I did thank you for referring me, much more professional and got my test results covid negative! ??If you're that terrified please stay home or look for another job don't ruin the clinic's reputation. Regret NOT seeing reviews B4 I went there...wasted my time. don't waste yours!

I was came there to vaccinate my kids, they said that vaccine is was two-component and the for second one would need to come back in 30 days. I asked if I would be charged for the second one, they said no, of course. Since the vaccine only works when two are given. The day of the second vaccination I came they tell me how you will pay $ 350 for two kids second vaccine? I said I paid, they say now pay for the second. It's like selling a pair of shoes one at a time.

They raised the antibody test (to find out if you previously had covid) price from $30 to $70. ☹Ridiculous! For a drop of blood put on a piece of cardboard and wait 15 mins. A test I could do myself. It's all about money, folks!Don't do it!

I initially planned to have my covid booster plus a flu vaccine done at my local CVS but found out my insurance required me to go to a "clinic or MD office" for the flu instead. I got my covid booster at a target CVS and the pharmacist there referred me to go to minute clinic to get my flu vaccine. On the website it says walk in but when I got to the kiosk, it said all appointments were take today and the next one would be tomorrow. Hyejin NP walked out of her exam room to see if she could help me with something. I told her my situation and she offered to take me in since there were no patients. I told her I wanted to get my flu vaccine and booster on the same day. She recommended for me to come back another day to avoid any potential reactions but I told her I'd be ok and assured her if anything odd happens, I will call my PCP immediately. She got all my insurance. ID information and asked me the flu questions and had me sign the consent form. While getting this information she asked if I got my HPV vaccine. I thought I did but with further investigation in my brain, I wasn't so sure. She said it would be a 3 shot series and further explained. I was very appreciative of this since no one had asked me about it in my recent years of physical exams. She prepared my flu vaccine. Verified all information and performed good hand hygiene before administration. It didn't hurt at all. I really had a wonderful experience here and it totally beats going to urgent care. She told me if I have signs of a respiratory infection, UTI, in need of vaccines, I can book an appointment here. Way easier process than going to my PCP. Another awesome thing, she was able to electronically send my vaccine info to my PCP by physician look up. So cool when technology works. I greatly recommend the minute clinic and super shout out to Hyejin NP. She had awesome bedside manner and fantastic care. I will be back for my HPV vaccine series after my arms calm down from these two injections for the day :P

I went to this location to get my blood drawn for a routine health check up. Abha NP was fine, but Heather LVN is incompetent and apathetic. She tried to draw my blood twice (with her long acrylic nails, which look highly unprofessional and can't anchor the vein in place). She couldn't get it and had the audacity to say that I am dehydrated. I am not some 87 years old person from nursing facility with chronic dehydration -- I am a healthy 27 year old man and I have good veins; and you are going to say I'm dehydrated? You could've said, "the office is a bit cold which can cause vasoconstriction." Instead, you shift your incompetence to your patient and say I need to drink more (there goes provider-patient report). So NP and LVN sends me to Quest diagnostic and say they take walk-ins. I drive 7 minutes to that location and find out they only do appointments only and is completely booked for the day. Quest sends me back to CVS, and I run in to Heather LVN. She clearly didn't want to deal with me and kept nudging me to go to a different Quest location. "Oh, you didn't want to try other locations? Or different time?" "Why don't you make an appointment with them?" "I can't stick you more, I already stuck you twice."As a fellow nurse, PLEASE don't go into acute care and maybe focus less on your appearance and focus more on your nursing skills.
