I have a 2016 BMW 340i and I have been taking it to Eric for all modifications, repairs, and services. I can certainly vouch for Eric's extensive knowledge, transparent service, clean work process and quality of work after taking my car to do the following modifications, repair and service:
- M Performance Big Brake Kit, Stoptech Stainless lines.
- VAC Motorsports Monoball upper and lower control arms.
- M Performance LSD install.
- Active Autowerke downpipe.
- Rolls Performance full underbody brace kit.
- 034 Motorsports LSD and rear subframe inserts.
- Oil Filter Housing replacement with Aluminum.
- Coolant connector replacement with Aluminum.
- Oil, transmission fluid, differential fluid, coolant vacuum fill.
- Wheel, TPMS and tire change.
If you buy the parts and bring them to him, he will install them with care. If certain parts do not fit, or need extra work to make it fit, he will send you pictures and let you know what can be done. Prices are competitive. It is hard to find a good honest shop, especially these days with smaller ones having poor work quality and the popular large shops feeling too much like a 'factory', Mind Automotive is the perfect place to get top quality and personalized service for your baby!

Trust this place!! Did great work at a reasonable price. Straight forward. Not going to take advantage of you. They knew I was a DIY kind of guy, had a couple hoses that needed changing out in addition to the job I came in seeking help with. Gave me exact location of hoses, where to find replacements, and how to install myself. Saved me big $$$ when I know others would just charge me big for something simple. Will be a repeat customer!

This place is the best when it comes to getting your car fixed by someone you can trust. The cost is definitely affordable and things get done very fast and I can't think of going anywhere else since a lot of other places seem shady and try to over sell. Also better than the dealer in terms of service, cost and convenience. The owner and workers are very friendly.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Excellent customer service with reasonable pricingI needed new break pads + replace car battery + oil change done in a day. Within a couple of hours, my car was ready to pick up. I couldn’t have been more satisfied with Mind Auto’s service.

Got into car accident. Had to replace my whole trunk and get paint job done. Eric and his team made it to a brand new car again! Eric is always busy because they do phenomenal jobs fixing cars so make sure to make appt before going!!

It was nice that you took a picture of the problem area and sent it to me. The repair was completed really quickly and the price was cheaper than the original quote because it was less than the estimated price. I've just moved from Michigan and was looking for a reliable place to leave my car and I'm looking to settle here.

I'd give more stars if I could! I was referred to come here by my friend and I am more than pleased with the service I received. Eric has always been responsive. He was able to squeeze me in today at the end of day, working with my schedule. As soon as I brought my car in, he started working on it immediately and got me in and out in less than an hour!!! He is also very fairly priced. Rest assured I'll be coming here for as long as I'm in OC! Thank you for the phenomenal service!!!

They pick favorites here, we called ahead of time for an oil change and they said we can walk in. Once we got there we waited for 20 minutes and nobody showed up, on top of that the parking lot is super crammed and there were multiple cars not able to get in or out and there was no one to help us, we had to go find a guy in the back and all he said was "I don't know, the boss is test driving a car right now.." after that we ended up leaving which was a hassle!!

I took my 18 year old car in for service and they treated my car as if it were a brand new vehicle. Very professional, polite and efficient. Charges we decent and fair. Taking my new car there once my warranty is over, for sure!
