Absolutely hate this store!! After being without a phone for a week and epic fails with customer services instructions on get my phone working again I finally visited this store. At first I was so grateful to Liz for all her help. Then today again my phone was not working. LIZ IS A LIAR!!!!!! SHE EXPLAINED TO ME SHE COULD DO NOTHING TO WAIVE THE AUTOMATIC FEE THAT IS GENERATED FROM HER HELPING ME THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE ONLY WAY TO GET IT REMOVED OR ADJUSTED. Today online with customer service yet again and I was told that only tje store that helped me could adjust the fee or remove it. LIARS!!!!! I should not have had to pay a fee to begin with. Metro not helping.... would never suggest anyone get Metro. Thanks for the huge inconvenience of being without my phone for a week during which my daughter drove through 3 states and I couldnt check on her. Also extra fees I shouldn't have had to pay. Good times!!! Seems like no one in this company is either trained properly or they just dont care.

Come here to fix my phone. Store lights are on , I can see food on the counter. Store hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and they have the door locked 9/06/2020

Worst customer service went in to switch my service to another phone the girl working "yoselyn" asked me a bunch of questions my name number passwords all my info then said she couldn't help me because she didn't know if it was really me I went back home got my id came back to do it again it was supposed to be 15$ she charged me 45 instead and my phone got suspended for not paying the extra 30 she charged by mistake
